緊急車輛之監控與迴避引導系統及壅塞路徑重規劃策略

摘要


如何讓緊急救難車輛如救護車或消防車以最短的時間到達事故現場,以及一般車輛如何做適當地迴避,是本論文最主要的目的。近年來智慧型手機的普及和行動通訊技術的進步使得手機不在只是拿來做語音通訊,而是更多元應用的一種行動裝置。例如整合全球衛星定位系統(GPS)和地理資訊系統(GIS),因此造就出位置服務(LBS)等相關應用。 本論文將結合行動通訊網路與全球衛星定位系統,再加上當前很熱門的Android作業系統之智慧型手機,依據Client-Server的分散式架構,建構一套緊急車輛之監控與迴避引導系統,假設每輛車都搭載一台智慧型手機並且都安裝本論文所設計的Client端程式,使用本論文所設計的通訊協定向Server上傳或下載位置資訊,透過這些資訊的處理,讓一般車輛能監控臨近緊急救難車輛的位置狀態,基於Server端所提供的救難車輛位置資訊,Client端程式會提供一般車輛適當的迴避策略。除此之外,為了能讓緊急救難車輛避開塞車路段,本論文以A*最短路徑演算法為基礎,加入路段時速參數,計算出最短行車時間的路徑規劃,當一般車輛的Client端程式判斷當前路段為塞車時會通知Server,然後Server再即時地重規劃路徑並且通知救難車輛走新規劃的路線,如此就能避開壅塞路段以節省行車時間。藉由緊急救難車輛之監控與迴避引導以及壅塞路徑重規劃策略,能使救難車輛安全且迅速的到達事故現場進行救援的任務。

The main purpose of this thesis is that make the emergency vehicles such as ambulances or fire engines to reach the scene of the accident in the shortest possible time, and the general vehicles can avoid emergency vehicles properly. In recent years, because of the popularity of the smartphone and the advance of mobile communications technology, a mobile phone is not only used as voice communication, but more of applications. For example, location-based services (LBS) applications are created by integrating global satellite positioning system (GPS) and geographic information systems (GIS). This thesis constructs a client-server distribution system which consists of communications technology, GPS, GIS and Android operation system. Assume that each vehicle equipped with a smartphone and installed proposed Client-side program. Users can get the location information of approaching emergency vehicles from Server, and update own location information to Server by proposed protocol. Through the location information processing, the proposed Client-side program monitors emergency vehicles, and provides the strategies of making away to general drivers. In addition, in order to allow the emergency vehicles to avoid the traffic jam sections, this thesis adds section average speed, and proposes a “shortest travel time path planning” which bases on A* algorithm. When the Client-side program of general vehicle aware the traffic congestion of this road, it will notifies Server, and then Server instantly re-plan paths and notify emergency vehicle to take the new planning. In this way, emergency vehicles can avoid congestion sections, and save travel time. Monitoring, making away and re-routing strategies make emergency vehicles safety and quickly arrive at the scene to carry out rescue tasks.
