筆記型電腦樞鈕壽命改善之研究

摘要


本研究是將UltraBook樞鈕依不同的內孔真圓度、心軸表面粗糙度、潤滑油脂種類以及潤滑油脂的用量等四大因素,進行一系列的樞鈕可靠度(壽命)實驗。由分析中找出製作合理的真圓度與表面粗糙度,選用適當的油脂種類和用量與可接受之可靠度間的關係。實驗結果顯示,樞鈕鐵片內孔真圓度愈大,樞鈕的衰退率(decay rate)也愈大,因而降低樞鈕的壽命。反之,當真圓度愈小,樞鈕的可靠度則較佳。當心軸表面粗糙度愈大,樞鈕的衰退率(decay rate)也愈大,樞鈕的壽命越低。油脂種類對對可靠度(壽命)有很大的影響,基礎油為礦物油時,樞鈕可靠度最佳。當油量愈少,樞鈕的衰退率(decay rate)也愈大,樞鈕的壽命也隨之降低。

The study aims to find the relationship between the acceptable reliability (life cycle test), the amount & types of lubricant grease, the roundness of the bracket and the surface roughness of the shaft through a series of tests. The result reveals that the reliability is dominated by the roundness of the bracket. The larger the bracket roundness is, the higher the torque decay rate (after life cycle test ) will yield. The better roundness will lead to lower decay rate and ensure longer product life time. The coarser the shaft surface roughness is ,the higher decay rate the hinge torque will result in and the product life time will be reduced. The lubricant grease type and amount also account for the hinge life time. When lubricated with mineral based grease, the hinge will perform with optimal reliability .The fewer the grease is applied, the shorter the hinge life time will be.
