軌道不整檢測之模擬與分析

摘要


軌道運輸為國內運輸系統中極為重要的一環,為了確保軌道營運的安全及乘車舒適性,如何檢測及管理軌道狀況就顯得極為重要,而軌道不整之檢測為軌道檢測與養護中極為重要的項目,必須將不整度控制在容許的範圍內,因此各國鐵路及捷運系統,都採用高精準度的自動化檢測設備-軌道檢測車進行檢測,不但協助建立統計資料,更可以有效的規畫維修時間。本研究首先推導出軌道不整檢測的幾何關係,再利用MATLAB及ADAMS-RAIL分析軟體建構台北捷運之軌道檢測車EM-80E作為驗証,並依其現行的檢測法10m弦正矢法量測軌道不整,再應用日本新幹線之電氣綜合檢測車所使用的「倍長演算法」,推算出軌道20m之長波長的不整量,並提出二種軌道不整還原波形方法作其比較及分析,本研究所提供分析方法其結果應可做為軌道檢測行車安全之參考。

Rail transportation plays a very important role in Taiwan’s transportation network. Inspection and management of rail systems must be well executed to ensure the safety and comfort of rail transportation. Inspection of rail irregularity is the main item in rail management and inspection. Any irregularity must be kept in a reasonable range. Currently, rail inspections are performed by rail-inspection cars. High efficient and automatic inspection instruments are used in many railway systems to perform rail inspection and to record inspection data. This paper builds simulation of rail inspection and track models, then uses MATLAB and ADAMS-RAIL softwares to simulate the dynamic rail inspection. The built car model is referred to the rail inspection car EM-80E in Taipei Rapid Transit. The generally used 10-meter chord versine inspection method is used in simulations. Besides, Multiple-Precision floating point number used in SKS inspection car is also used in this paper to derive the irregularity for 20 m sinusoidal wave and propose two kinds of different track irregularity inverse methods to comparisons and analysis are listed in the end of this paper. It can also be concluded that results from the analysis method provide by this study can be considered as a reference for track irregularity safety of train.
