無刷直流馬達電磁場模擬與節點溫度場分析

摘要


在於無刷直流馬達的設計以及分析上,熱傳方面的問題相對於電磁方面的問題一直是沒有被如此重視的。而隨著無刷直流馬達的進步,馬達的功率不斷增加與尺寸不斷的縮小,熱傳問題的重要性也逐漸的被顯現出來。在實務設計中,馬達熱傳特性也是會直接影響到馬達的性能以及壽命的。所以在本論文中,將以無刷直流馬達為研究重心,先使用有限元素法電磁場分析軟體Maxwell 2D模擬出馬達各部份之磁場強度以推算出馬達之損耗量,再建立出一精確之馬達徑向節點溫度數學模型,並利用EES軟體做一個參數整合分析,除了得到溫度的分佈及瞭解變動各項參數對於馬達熱傳方面的影響,也可以成為一馬達設計時快速評估熱傳問題之工具。

In the area of brushless DC motor design and analysis, the research of heat transfer has not broadly studied compared to electromagnetic research. However, with the progress of the brushless DC motor and its shrinking dimensions, the importance of heat transfer problem is gradually taken seriously in the recent study. In practical design, the characteristic of motor heat transfer is directly affect motor performance and lifespan. Therefore, the study will focus on the brushless DC motor. First of all, the finite element analysis software Maxwell 2D is used to manipulate each component of the magnetic strength in order to calculate the amount of loss the motor, and then build the motor out of a precise radial node temperature mathematical model and use EES software to do a meta-analysis parameters. The study not only obtain the temperature distribution and understand changes in the parameters of the motor thermal aspects, it can also become a rapid assessment of the motor design tool for heat transfer problems.
