建廠決策影響因子研究：以S公司為例

摘要

中國大陸在經濟政策改革，於2001年底加入世界貿易組織WTO，成為WTO會員國，必須遵守所修訂相關的政策、法令，使得中國大陸整體投資環境明顯改變，因此吸引世界各國製造業，前仆後繼進入中國投資工廠。台灣在2002年初也繼中國之後加入WTO組織，在世界貿易組織規章保障下，台灣資訊產業也大舉外移進入中國設廠增產，除滿足客戶要求外，也為自身企業成長計劃打下基礎。台灣筆記型電腦產量世界第一，筆記型電腦組裝廠商為建構全球運籌管理與專業分工生產體制，協同其零組件供應商前往中國設廠，合力建構產業上、中、下游供應鏈系統。本文以供應商S公司追隨客戶前往華東區設廠，研究設廠決策因子對決策影響程度。透過影響圖、歷史資料收集與案例分析，採用單因子敏感度分析和龍捲風圖分析方法，區分出重要與不重要影響因子，找出重要敏感因子，提供決策者作為決策參考，並依此分析結果作為決策依據，增加決策品質與成功率。以研究結果探討原因，提出自己改善建議與意見，提供公司與同業作為參考。

This paper supplier to the S Corporation to follow the customers to set up factories in East China to study the location decision factors on the decision-making influence. Through the influence diagram, historical data collection and case studies, the single factor sensitivity analysis and tornado diagram analysis method to distinguish important and unimportant factor, find the important and sensitive factor, to provide policy-makers as a decision making, and accordingly the results as a basis for decision making, increase the decision quality and success rate. To study the results of the reasons put forward their own suggestions and comments to improve the provision of company and the industry as a reference.
