偉大工程的誕生,增進了民眾生活中有關食、衣、住、行、育、樂各項措施之便利。尤其扮演重要角色之交通建設工程,從早期的鐵路、公路,到現在的大眾捷運系統及高速鐵路,工程困難度日趨艱辛,但相對的也大幅提昇了人民生活的品質。 台灣是世界上高山密度最高的國家之一,一千公尺以上之高山佔總面積之 百分之七十,因此,便捷的山區交通聯絡方式即成為非常重要公共建設之一。山區的交通聯絡方式,從簡易式流籠至現今世界各國若干著名的大型空中纜車,加上國內第一座兼具觀光性質及運輸功能之貓空纜車完工通車,及營運後所遭遇狀況及衍生問題等。因此,如何在重視山林保育及減少環境衝擊之前題下,建立山區對外交通聯絡方式。關於纜車興建之施工方法及施工管理機制是值得探討的研究課題。 本論文以文獻收集方式,整理及介紹國內外具代表性纜車工程施工案例, 並針對國內已完工通車之貓空纜車,藉由施工方法介紹及施工管理機制探討,加上個人實際參與纜車工程施工之經驗分享;最後整理歸納成結論說明及提出建議,供後續研究及施工之參考。
The birth of the great engineering improves the convenience of the public life related to food, clothing, housing, transportation, education and entertainment facilities. Among all aspects, the engineering of transportation construction plays the most important role. From the early railways and highways to recent mass rapid transit system and high-speed rail, the difficulty of hard work is increasing. With the difficulty, the quality of people's lives has great progress promoting. Taiwan is one of the highest mountainous countries on the earth, the area of mountains higher than 1000 meters are more than 70% of the total area. Therefore, the convenience of mountain transportation becomes an important public facility. There are several kinds of traffic ways in mountain area, including the simple-type cages to several famous large number of aerial gondola in the world . With the problems occur from the operation of the Maokong gondola , it’s important to find a better method to connect mountain outbound traffic without destroy the environment. Hence, the method to construct the gondola construction and the management mechanism is a challenge issue . In the thesis,several construction projects of gondola are collected, including Maokong gondola .The introduction of the construction methods and management mechanism are discussed then summarized relative conclusions and suggestions for future reference.
