探討物流業導入雲端服務之企業接受度之研究

摘要


雲端服務是目前全球資訊科技發展的推動主軸,然而國內的企業對於雲端服務不太了解。對物流產業而言,科技的發展使其可提供客戶即時服務、縮短交貨期等。因此,如何善用雲端服務提升物流的速度與效率,是物流業者所面臨之問題。在導入新的資訊系統或科技的過程中,影響企業及員工接受新科技的因素眾多,本研究將透過科技接受度模型解釋及預測潛在使用者接受資訊科技的行為,分析與探討影響使用者接受資訊科技的因素,並整理出導入雲端服務的特性與考量因素,找出可加入科技接受模型之相關因素。建構雲端服務導入企業接受度之模型,透過增加相關影響變數探討雲端服務導入企業之科技接受度影響因素。 研究結果顯示,當導入雲端服務的成本越高,企業的使用意願就越低;而雲端服務之安全性與相容性越高,企業的使用意願也就越高;在組織面的部分,由於企業對於雲端服務的不了解、高階主管對於使用雲端服務的態度不高,造成組織使用雲端服務的意願不高;在環境面的部分,因政府政策以及供應商、顧客以及競爭者尚未採用或要求使用雲端服務,使得企業對於使用雲端服務仍處於觀望的態度。

Now, the cloud services are the focus of development of information technology to promote. However, domestic enterprises do not understand the cloud services. In term of the logistics industry, the development of technology, companies can provide real-time services for customers, or shorten delivery time. So, how to use the time well to promote the speed efficiencyand of logistic is the problem of logistics vendors to face. And in the process of importing new information systems or technology, there are many factors affect the businesses and employees to accept new technology. In this study, through the Technology Acceptance Model to explain and predict the behavior of potential users of the acceptance of information technology, and analysis and to explore the impact of the user to accept the various factors of information technology, andcompiling the information ofthe characteristics of the cloud services adopted by the corporations and considerations, and to find out the relevant factors that can be added to the Technology Acceptance Model. And build the cloud service adopted by the corporations of the model; through add the relevance of variables to explore the factor of the cloud service adopted by the corporations. Through this study, empirical results indicate when the cost too high, the lower willingness to use;When the safety and compatiailty are higher, the willingness are also higher;Due to the corporations for cloud services do not understand, and the attitude of the manager for cloud service adopted by the corporations do not support, resulting in the organization of the use of intention to use cloud service are not higher;Because of the government’s policy and the corporations’ supplyers, comsumers, and competitors do not use cloud services, the attitude of enterprises for cloud services is in a wait and see.
