科技校院經濟弱勢學生就學困擾及其影響因素之研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解科技校院經濟弱勢學生就學困擾及其影響因素之程度與差異性。本研究採問卷調查法,以科技校院經濟弱勢學生為研究範圍。抽樣調查對象的選取,採分層隨機抽樣,寄發問卷1150份,共回收1,071份,有效問卷回收率為93.13%,透過描述性統計、單一樣本t考驗、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析及多元迴歸分析等方法加以統計、分析與討論,本研究獲得下列結論: 一、科技校院經濟弱勢學生就學困擾包含三個構面,其困擾程度不高 二、科技大學經濟弱勢學生行為困擾較技術學院經濟弱勢學生高 三、工程製造及營造領域明顯大於社會科學、商業及法律領域 四、科技校院經濟弱勢學生影響就學困擾包含三個構面,其影響就學困擾因素的感受程度不高 五、科技大學經濟弱勢學生受社會因素的影響較技術學院經濟弱勢學生高 六、私立學校經濟弱勢學生受社會因素與親師管教與期望因素的影響較科技大學經濟弱勢學生高 七、工程製造及營造領域明顯大於醫療衛生及社福領域 八、中低收入與身心障礙身分經濟弱勢生受社會因素與個人因素的影響較其它弱勢類群學生高 九、社會因素對行為困擾最具影響力 十、個人因素對情緒與學習適應困擾最具影響力 十一、個人因素對人際關係困擾最具影響力 根據文獻探討及研究結論,本研究針對教育行政機關、科技校院及後續相關研究提出建議。

This paper aimed to investigate the realizing the degree of influencing factors about learning difficulties from many economically disadvantaged students who are still in technological colleges and universities and their diversity. The research adopts the method of questionnaire survey, targeting economically disadvantaged students in technological colleges and universities. The selection of the survey sample, was adopted stratified random sampling. 1,150 questionnaires were distributed and 1,071 were collected which accounted for the 93.13 percentage. The following statistics methods were also employed in this investigation: descriptive statistics; one-sample t-test; independent sample t-test; one way ANOVA and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Conclusions derived from the data analysis read as follows: 1.The difficulties from economically disadvantaged students in technological colleges and universities includes three facets. And The degree of facets is not high. 2.The sensibility of behavior disturbed about economically disadvantaged students in university of technology is more obvious than ones in technological colleges. 3.The sensibility about economically disadvantaged students who major in manufacturing process or building field is more obvious than ones major in social sciences or business and legal fields about students difficulties. 4.The affecting learning difficulties from economically disadvantaged students in technological colleges and universities includes three facets. The degree of factors is not high. 5.The sensibility of the social considerations about economically disadvantaged students in university of technology is more obvious than ones in technological colleges. 6.The sensibility of the social considerations and the discipline from parents and teachers and expected considerations about economically disadvantaged students in public technological colleges is more obvious than ones in private technological colleges. 7.The sensibility about economically disadvantaged students who major in manufacturing process or building field is more obvious than ones major in health and social welfare fields about the affecting students difficulties. 8.The sensibility of social and personal considerations about economically disadvantaged students in who are identified as middle- and lower-income households, disabilities or disabled children is more obvious than ones in terms of the questions. 9.The social considerations are in most anticipation regarding all important anticipated changeable items of of behavior disturbed. 10.The personal considerations are in most anticipation regarding all important anticipated changeable items of emotional and learning adjustment disturbed. 11.The personal considerations are in most anticipation regarding all important anticipated changeable items of of interpersonal relationships disturbed. According to literature reviews and research findings, this study will raise suggestions for educational authorities, Technological colleges and universities, and related following-up researches.
