因應全球暖化及能源成本,「節能減碳」已成當前主流、也是全球永續發展最受關切的議題。因此,藉由有效率之能源管理系統,達到能耗即時監控追蹤分析與有效率節能調控策略,為本研究之重點。 本論文針對能源監測與績效量測管理需求,研讀ISO50001能源管理系統技術面之核心精神,探討直覺圖型化建構連接裝置間通訊網路系統架構,達到可程式化資料蒐集儲存與資料迴歸運算之能源管理系統,提供使用者直接以網頁瀏覽器的方式對整體系統隨時立即遠端監控管理,達到雲端即時監控與即時能耗量計算。 由本系統雛型建置結果可知,本論文所提出圖形直覺化系統網路建置及資料蒐集與迴歸運算基準線管理運用,有效地達到節能績效管理的目的,提升節能的績效,使「節能減碳」成為具體而有效的行動。
In response to global warming and rising energy costs, "Energy Saving and Carbon Reduction" has become the current mainstream; also the leading issues for global sustainable development. From the point of view, this study aims to illuminate the application of real-time monitoring for energy consumption analysis and further energy-efficient regulatory strategies through the efficient energy management systems. In order to meet energy monitoring yet performance measurement and management needs, this study technically refers to the core spirit of ISO50001 energy management systems to develop an inter-connected intuitive graphical communication network system. It offers programmable data acquisition and baseline regression analysis functions to provide the users a direct way to achieve real-time cloud monitoring and energy consumption calculations, and remotely monitor the overall management system in their web browsers at any time. From the resulting performance of the constructed prototype in this study, it demonstrates the implementation on intuitive graphical system network, data collecting and managed baseline regression analysis. All the above can effectively accomplish the beneficial performance management target of energy saving and the power consumption reduction, and turn "Energy Saving and Carbon Reduction" into specific and effective actions.
