摘要


以現今的世界,大環境的不斷變化,各國經濟成長緩慢,甚至衰退,一個產業要在這樣惡劣的環境中持續生存,永續經營,是非常不簡單的。所以一個企業主需要對產業有明確認知,隨時了解市場的動態,並了解自身企業的優缺點,突顯優勢補足弱勢,運用本身的優勢,適時結合環境中的機會,並訂定完整的營運策略,才能於產業界中立於不敗。 本論文主要在分析與探討國內微型電機產業的現況,與如何分析此產業的價值鏈, 並以M公司為研究對象,分析其營運策略與競爭力,並整合價值鏈的分析,並對其需改進的環節,利用知識管理的精神與方法,改進與優化現有狀況,並透過個案研究與深度訪談的方法進行本研究的深入探討,將其方法與企業主做建議與討論,並評估其可行性,期望能提供M公司更好的建議與改善方案並提升其產業的競爭力。

In today’s world, it’s not easy for an Industry to survive and develop in such changing environment and slowly economic growth or even recession of all countries. So the owner of enterprise should have a clear awareness of industrial and keep abreast of market developments, then understand the advantages and disadvantages of their own business to formulate a comprehensive business strategy by using their own advantages and combination of environment opportunity in order to remain unbeaten in the industry. This paper is mainly in the analysis of current status and value chain of domestic mirco-motor industry. It takes M company as the research object: analyse this company’s operating stragegy and competitiveness, then to use the methods of knowledge management to improve and optimize the existing situation. Paper also makes suggestions and evaluates its feasibility with business owner through case study and in-depth interviews, in the expectation of providing better suggestion and improvement scheme to M company to enhance its industrial competitiveness.
