火災原因調查系統結合建築資訊模型應用之建置研究

摘要


火災原因調查(Fire cause investigation)乃消防行政上極為重要之業務,起火原因調查亦是火災搶救改進之重要依據,但以火場鑑定而言,目前執行大多以紙本方式來記錄所需資訊,對於攜帶便利性及紀錄即時性即顯得不足;同時,在火災發生後的原因調查作業尚須使用建築資訊圖說還原現場樣貌及辨識起火點等,而傳統二維平面圖經常無法呈現建築物內實際樣貌,若能使用三維建築資訊模型之立體化特性,輔助閱覽人員產生視覺化與空間化,再加上近年來智慧型手持的資訊設備之普及,輕巧方便且操作介面人性化並配合已臻成熟的通訊技術,若能利用特性資訊化火災調查需鑑定之項目轉換成勾選及填寫表格,並結合BIM技術於火災鑑定實務上的需求,改善現行火災原因調查多以紙本資訊之作業方式,進而方便火場調查人員能更即時填寫,提高掌握關於火場狀況之正確性,達到更即時與有效化的理想目標。

The content of fire cause investigation is vital essential work in fire administrative investigate cause of the fire outcome not only to be fire prevention as reference but also the significant gist to improve firefighting. But in point of fire site investigation, mostly using notebook to recording information at present, obviously lacking for carrying convenience and recording instantaneity. Meanwhile, after causing of fire, the investigation work also utilize building information captions to return the original fire scene and identify the ignition points…etc. But traditional two dimensions floor plans are limited to provide architectural spaces information, usually can’t represent the actual appearance of the building. If using three dimensions building information modeling outputting the relevant elevations, perspectives information and so on to assist the viewer mind produced visualize and spatialize information. Couple with smart hand held device becoming more and more popular in recent years, these devices are light and convenience as well as humanity operation interface, also compatible with matured software and hardware communications technology. By using the property of smart hand held device to informatisation the need of investigate items in fire investigation into electronic check and fill form. Besides, accorded with technology of BIM into practical request of fire investigation, improve paper working to record the fire scene can help fire investigators recording more immediately, enhance the fire site situation accuracy, achieve instantaneity and effectively ideal goal.
