經濟高度成長的中國大陸目前已成為其他國家企業投資的熱門地區。早期多國籍企業對中國大陸的不熟,利用台灣本土的高級技術性和管理階層及語言溝通便利性,多國籍企業多以台灣為主作為亞洲據點。然而近幾年來﹐隨著中國大陸市場開放,土地低廉,人才選擇性多,薪資低廉,多國籍企業借用台灣分公司經營策略互助互補下,對中國大陸已逐漸掌握,不再陌生。兩岸更緊密結合之後,在多國籍企業眼中,台灣分公司逐漸成為只是大陸一區,如何避免逐漸被邊緣化。多國籍企業在台分公司經理人如何運用現有供應鏈與客戶資源?如何找出其經營優勢並尋求在台分公司企業利基以訂定適合公司之營運策略,已達到長期獲利成長?是一個非常值得深入探討的課題。 本文經由文獻探討整理出多國籍企業於連接器產業之24項關鍵成功因素,研究者由個案檔案文件、深度訪談、直接觀察依企業五大功能將24項關鍵成功依所屬功能因素分類(生產類、行銷類、人資類、研發類、財務類)。以多國籍在台電子連接器廠商A公司為例,利用SWOT分析與五力分析,找出其多國籍企業在台於連接器產業關鍵競爭優勢。並期望提供未來企業經營參考。 本研究主要針對多國籍企業在台分公司競爭優勢,藉由本研究結果整理以下三點:(1)本研究提供多國籍企業在台分公司連接器產業在生產、行銷、人資、研發、財務五項企業功能需具備的關鍵成功因素。(2)本研究利用上述五項企業功能之關鍵成功因素;結合SWOT分析與五力分析,可清楚得到哪些關鍵成功因素是多國籍企業在台分公司連接器產業的競爭優勢。(3)本研究提供多國籍企業在台分公司連接器產業的競爭優勢,並分類表示關鍵成功因素在優勢與機會下對五力有利影響;在劣勢與威脅下對五力的不力影響;以及某些即使是具有優勢與機會,或具有劣勢與威脅的關鍵成功因素對五力影響不大。
Because of highly economic growth, Mainland China has become a hot investment area. Early MNCs ( Multinational Corporation) are not familiar with the Mainland China, by using Taiwanese high-level technical, convenience of language communication and management, many MNCs choose Taiwan as an Asian base.In recent years, with the market opening in Mainland China, low land cost, low wages, more ability choice, MNCs have gradually mastered Mainland China. After more closely integrated between Taiwand and Mainland China, MNC’s subsidiaries in Taiwan has become just one area of China in MNC’s eyes; The management team of MNC’s subsidiaries in Taiwan have faced several difficulities; how to avoid themselves being gradually marginalized? How to seek profit and identify their business strength from existing supply chains and customers resources? This becomes a question worth of detail study. This study selected 24 key success factors, classified by five dimensions including Production, Marketing,Human Resources, Researching and Developing, Finance. Taking a connector company as the case by using methodology of SWOT and Five- Force Model, we stuided the key success factors to keep competition for MNC’s subsidiaries in Taiwan。 There are three conslusions in this study(1)This study provides key success factors in five dimension (Production、Marketing、Human Resources、Developing & Researching、Finance) to MNC’s subsidiaries in Taiwan(2)This Study develops a SWOT/Five-Force Matrix to sort out main competitive advantages from 24 key success factors and provides the related information to MNC’s subsidiaries in Taiwan。(3)This sutdy inducts three valuable information for connector field of MNC’s subsidiaries in Taiwan to keep continous competition;they are (1) Beneficial effects to Five Force from KSF Strengths and KSF Opportunities(2)Adverse effects to Five- Force from KSF weakness and KSF threat(3)Slight effects to Five-Force from KSF Strengths and KSF Opportunities or KSF weakness and KSF threat.
