台北科技大學沿忠孝東路校園介面之水生態設計

摘要


根據Register(1987)的說法「生態城市」(Eco-city)是一個具健康生態特質的城市,其精神主要在建立適於人類生存及健康舒適的環境。然而近年來,隨著經濟快速發展及高度都市化的結果,使都市中缺乏水與綠環境的生態景觀,造成了都市生活環境品質低落,市民與自然間之關係更加疏離。 生態街道能減低都市建設對於環境的衝擊,使都市生活環境與生態景觀環境融合為一體,並提供民眾得以親近自然與從事都市環境教育之資源。台北科技大學擬於沿忠孝東路圍牆退縮地,設置一展現水生態意象之生態街道,期能在都市與開放空間之介面中融入自然生態環境,以建立都市水與綠環境之宣導示範區。因此,本研究欲從生態、水生態、環境教育與基地等議題探討出整體規劃之目標情境,並藉由實質之細部設計實現空間情境展演之轉化策略。企圖營造一個具都市特色的生態街道,為建構生態城市之願景跨出第一步。 本研究經由文獻探討歸納出九項歸結並以「北科大水生態街道介面」為對象並配合基地現況條件分析進行設計操作,在考量設計原則與基地條件下推論出設計概念為:一、趨近自然將人為消隱的複層生態植被;二、校園與都市之生態門戶;三、生態人文活動的生活場域;四、生態校園的象徵,宣導生態教育之起點。並經由概念轉化策略完成一實質空間細部規劃。 經研究發現:一、都市校園圍牆的破除在心理層面而言,藉由柔化的生態界線的介面創造校園與都市之間的角色更具親和力。就實質層面而言,圍牆的解除在都市與校園介面之行為場景中建構活絡的都市校園人文活動場域;二、藉由本案連接鄰近沿忠孝東路開放空間綠地,創造都市水生態軸線示範區。

Eco-city, according to Register (1987), is a city of healthy ecology. The purpose is to establish a healthy, comfortable environment that is suitable for human survival. In recent years, however, speedy economic development and high degree of urbanization have resulted in cities devoid of ecological landscapes, such as water and green environments, significantly downgraded environmental quality of urban lives, and caused citizens to be further apart from nature. Eco-street alleviates the impact of urban development on the environment, integrates urban environment with ecological landscapes, and provides resources through which citizens get to enjoy face-to-face encounter with nature and engage in urban environment education. National Taipei University of Technology is planning to establish an eco-street that demonstrates water-ecology images in the receded area off the campus wall along ZhongHsiao East Road, in an attempt to infiltrate the interface between urban and open spaces with natural ecological environments and shape up an educational zone to display water and green environments. Therefore, this study endeavors to identify the goal situation of the entire project through exploration of issues of ecology, water ecology, environment education and site. The transformation strategy for space situation demonstration is realized via detailed physical designs. The purpose is to construct an eco-street of urban characteristics as the first step to establishment of an eco-city. Through literature exploration and analysis, this study reaches 11 conclusions. “National Taipei University of Technology Water Ecology Street Interface” is chosen as the object for design manipulation in conjunction with current site conditions. Design concepts deducted through consideration of design principles and site conditions include: 1. Multilayer ecological planting that approximates the way nature overwhelms artificial elements; 2. Ecological gate of the campus and the city; 3. Living filed of Eco-humanistic activities; 4. Symbol of ecological campus; the beginning of ecology education. Through concept strategies, detailed space planning is completed. Research findings: 1. In terms of psychological impact, through the tearing down of campus walls a user-friendly interface defined by softened ecological demarcation is created between the campus and the city. In terms of physical impact, the removal of campus walls allows the creation of an urban-campus cultural activity field in the interface between the city and the campus. 2. This project makes connection with the open green area along ZhongHsiao East Road and creates a demonstration zone for displaying urban water-ecological axis.
