新型含吡啶及三苯胺基團之聚醯亞胺之製備與物性研究

摘要


利用齊齊巴賓反應(Chichibabin reaction)與親核性取代反應來合成兩種具有吡啶雜環基團與懸掛三苯基胺基團的新型二胺單體,這兩種新型二胺單體接著與4,4’-六氟異亞丙基二酞酐(6FDA)單體在N-甲基-2-吡咯酮溶劑中進行聚縮合反應製備新型聚醯亞胺聚合物。利用此兩種新型二胺單體所製備的聚醯亞胺聚合物在室溫下可溶於N-甲基-2-吡咯酮、N,N-二甲基乙醯胺、N,N-二甲基甲醯胺、吡啶、四氫呋喃、三氯甲烷以及在加熱至70 ℃下可溶於二甲基亞碸。這些聚醯亞胺聚合物可利用溶劑N,N-二甲基乙醯胺鑄成強韌、可撓曲的薄膜,其抗張強度高於71 MPa,延伸率高於6%,抗張模數高於2.2 GPa。聚醯亞胺聚合物在400 ℃下相當穩定且於空氣下的10%重量損失溫度高於525 ℃。紫外線可見光吸收光譜顯示這些聚醯亞胺聚合物的吸收範圍在210-400 nm,利用酸進行質子化後可發出強烈的螢光。

Two new diamine monomers containing pyridine and triphenylamine groups, were synthesized by Chichibabin and nucleophilic displacement reactions. The obtained diamine monomers were used to prepare novel polyimides by direct polycondensation with 4,4'-hexafluoroisopropylidenediphathalic anhydride (6FDA) in N-methyl-2- pyrrolidinone (NMP). The polyimides derived from two diamines were readily soluble in a variety of organic solvents including N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone (NMP), N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc), N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), pyridine, tetrahydrofuran (THF), chloroform at room temperature and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) upon heating at 70 ℃. The polyimides could be cast into the films from DMAc solution and were thermally converted into the tough and flexible films. The films had tensile strength above 71 MPa, elongation to break above 6% and tensile modulus of 2.2 GPa. The polyimides were fairly stable up to a temperature above 400 ℃ and lost 10% weight temperature higher than 525 ℃ in air. The optical properties of polyimides exhibited the UV-vis absorption bands at the region of 210-400 nm and possessed strong fluorescent after protonated with acid.
