具儲能裝置之全橋雙向轉換器研製

Design and Implementation of a Bi-Directional Full-Bridge Converter with Energy Storage Equipment

摘要


本論文主要是研製雙方向功率流動單相全橋雙向轉換器,該轉換器除提供無效功率補償外,並具有二次電池之儲能裝置可作為不斷電系統,或提供較長時間之負載暫態功率以降低電源端之過載風險。此轉換器架構為雙向全橋轉換器串接一級雙方向升降壓直流-直流轉換器所組成,並於直流-直流轉換器之低壓側連接二次電池。為提高所提系統之動態響應能力,首先針對雙向全橋轉換器於小訊號模式下進行電流控制器設計,隨後對直流-直流轉換器與所連接之二次電池建立小訊號模式作為高頻寬電流迴路設計之參考,使系統電流響應能力可高達1kHz。 為驗證所提系統之有效性,首先以數位訊號處理器 TMS320F28035作為控制核心建構1kW/110 之轉換器作為實驗平台,並以單相感應馬達作為負載提供啟動所需之瞬間電流,經由測試證明此法可有效地改善感應馬達啟動時因吸入對過多電流而造成電源電壓驟降之問題。

This paper is aimed to design a single-phase full-bridge converter with bi-directional power flow control. The converter not only produce reactive power of compensation but the converter have storage battery which can apply as uninterruptible power supply (UPS). On other hand, the converter can also supply transient power for load that can mitigate grid’s overload danger. The converter based on a bi-directional buck/boost dc-dc converter series bi-directional single-phase full-bridge converter and storage battery connected a buck/boost dc-dc converter of low voltage side. For fast dynamic response, this paper design single-phase full-bridge converter of current controller based on small signal analysis and subsequently establish DC-DC converter connected storage battery of current controller as small signal model that and design high bandwidth of current loop by referring to this model. And made proposed converter’s current bandwidth up to 1 kHz. A single-phase full-bridge converter controlled by a DSP-TMS320F28035 with 110V/1 kW is constructed and uses single-phase induction motor as transient load. To realize the digital control, all the controlling strategies are written by software. Proposed method can verify by experiment and it improve induction motor of starting current that cause grid’s voltage drop efficiently.
