現在已是知識經濟的時代,無形資產已成為產業的主流,其中包含專利、著作權、商標、營業秘密、公平交易、積體電路佈局、植物種苗、工業設計及其他各種新興的智慧財產權(intellectual property,簡稱IP)。本研究主要藉專利探討我國在金融產業領導廠商術現況。 本研究首先分析台灣金融專利民間最大廠商喬美國際之專利布局。利用技術功效圖看出其重點在於,競標組合交易及支付系統可達互助式網路標會。策略為網路標會專利與永豐銀行合作成立MMA(Money Manager Account)標會理財網, 展現嶄新的商業模式。互信、互助扶持維持平台機制,改良傳統式標會不足之處。投資者與被投資者可合作主導市場,掌握標會的金流,無論是得標或存款都可獲得最高報酬。 本研究再分析台灣金融專利國外首要公司雅虎國際股份有分公司。利用技術功效圖看出,中央伺服器及線上廣告標定可達到廣告系統的功效,在搜尋廣告與圖像顯示廣告的匯流展開廣告市場,精準掌握網路廣告,成為立足市場中重要的經營模式。
This study analyzed the technology/function patent map of the primary financial patent non-government applicant in Taiwan. We discovered that SHACOM held the bid portfolio transactions and payment systems of mutual aid network standard. SHACOM and SinoPac co-founded MMA(Money Manager Account) and became a new business model. The traditional Loan practice (Chinese Money-loan Associations) had some drawbacks. Use patent protected member management would build up a platform and maintain it effectively. Investors could also bet and get highest return. This study analyzed the important foreign patent holder, Yahoo! The tehnology/function patent map should that central server and online advertising specification elements achieved the wonderful effect. We could see the search advertising and the image display advertising expanded bus ads market, accurately grasped Internet advertising.
