基於X-Y掃描平台之自動化積層製造控制系統

摘要


本研究的目的為設計以及製作基於X-Y掃描平台之快速原型機自動化控制系統。一台完整的X-Y Plotter快速原型機的硬體架構由雷射掃描系統與鋪層系統所組成。本研究的雷射掃描系統使用X-Y Plotter的方式,應用兩張MC8141P(M) 4軸補間功能PC-Based控制卡來操控雷射掃描系統與鋪層系統。利用個人電腦經人機介面程式發指令給控制卡,經過控制配電盤傳達命令給鋪層系統及雷射掃描系統的裝置,做必要的順序運動。 首先設計控制系統。控制系統設計包括製作配電盤詳圖以及控制系統上各裝置的配線詳細圖。配電盤分為電力與訊號兩大系統,電力系統供給動作所需的電力包括無熔絲開關、電源轉換器等。訊號系統將輸出控制信號傳達給伺服、步進馬達驅動器,並將感測器信號回授到控制卡。最後,完成控制系統配電盤的配線。 製作完成後,透過Borland C++ Builder撰寫之人機介面程式實際測試各部份的功能包括初始化、平台下降、鋪料功能、乾燥、雷射掃描、鋪生胚以及鋪工件等功能,確定可達到預期的動作,並找出設計缺失。

The apparatus based on XY plotter to make large ceramic workpieces must be homemade. The aims of this study are the design and manufacturing an automatic control system for a rapid prototyping apparatus which is based on the XY Plotter. A XY-Plotter rapid prototyping apparatus consists of a laser scanning system and a layer casting system. In this study, the XY-Plotter was employed to laser scanning system. Two 4 axis PC-Based control card (MC8141P (M)) with interpolation function was used to control the laser scanning system. The devices in the laser scanning system and laser casting system were controlled by the commands generated by the control cards through the human-machine interface(HMI). Firstly, control system was designed. The design of the control system included drawing the details of the control panel and the wiring diagram of all devices in the control system. The control panel consisted of a power system and a signal system. The components of the power system included no-fuse-breaker (NFB), power converter, etc. The signal system delivers control signals to the servo and stepping motor drivers; then the feedback signals generated from sensors were sent to the control cards. After designing, the control panel was completed with tools. Borland C++ Builder6.0 was employed to edit HMI program for testing the functions of the process, which includes automatic layer casting, single axis motion, file loading, laser parameters setting, and laser scanning, and eliminated the problems occurred during the testing.
