高職教師賦權增能知覺與專業成長需求關係之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討高職教師賦權增能知覺與專業成長需求之感受程度,並分析不同背景變項的高職教師在賦權增能知覺與專業成長需求的差異情形,進而探究兩者間的相關性。   研究方法係採問卷調查法,以教育部公布之九十五學年度151所高職學校教師為母群體調查對象,共計發放1235份問卷,有效問卷1065份,有效問卷回收率86.2%。統計方法以描述性統計、單一樣本t考驗、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、典型相關為分析方法,經資料處理與分析後,獲致以下結論: 一、高職教師賦權增能知覺,以「專業自主」感受程度最高。 二、高職教師專業成長需求,以「教育輔導知能」、「學科專業知能」需求程度最高。 三、高職教師以男性、較年長者、資深年資、兼行政職務、工業類科、具有教師會會員資格以及有參加縣市、全國教師會之教師,其賦權增能知覺感受較高。 四、高職教師以女性、較年輕者、資淺年資、一般大學教育程度之教師,其專業成長需求感受較高。 五、高職教師賦權增能知覺與專業成長需求之間,呈現正相關。   最後,本研究依據結論,提出九點建議,以供學校行政機關、高職教師與後續研究之參考。

The study aims to discuss the relation between the empowerment perception and professional growth needs of vocational high school teachers, analyze the disparity under different background variables and explore its correlation. The study is based on the questionnaire survey guided by the theoretical framework developed from archive research. The population was selected from the teachers of 151 vocational high schools at the 95th academic year, with 1235 copies of questionnaire dispatched. The valid questionnaire survey were 1065 copies, and valid return ratio was 86.2%. The statistical techniques applied are descriptive statistic method, one-sample t-test, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, canonical correlation analysis, after processing and analyzing the collected information, the major findings are as follows: 1. The professional autonomy is the highest empowerment perception of vocational high school teachers. 2. The highest needs of vocational high school teachers on professional growth are competencies of educational guidance and professional course. 3. The teacher empowerment perception of vocational high school teachers are higher among the teachers who are the males, elders, experienced ones, have been in the administrative positions, the teachers of industry department, the members of school teachers’ association, county or city teachers’ association, and National Teachers’ Assocation. 4. The teacher professional growth needs of vocational high school teachers are higher among the teachers who are the females, the younger teachers, the newly teachers, and the teachers who have bachelor’s degree. 5. There is positively related between the teacher empowerment perception and professional growth needs of the vocational high school teachers. According to the findings, 9 suggestions are noted to the administrative organ of school, the teachers of vocational high school and future related study.
