摘要

臺北市交通局提出的臺北市「YouBike微笑單車」自2009年試營運至今五年時間，從原本的虧損轉為盈餘，使用人次更突破數百萬，成為全世界周轉率最高的公共自行車系統。
　　本研究經由文獻回顧，了解公共自行車系統之發展與組成要素；接著透過觀察法與訪談法比較不同性別及不同年齡層的YouBike使用者在使用行為與使用者經驗的差異，研究發現使用者租借行為包含：查詢站點資訊、選擇車輛、檢查車體、感應卡片、退出自行車、調整座墊高度；歸還行為包括：自行車推入車柱及感應卡片。比較不同性別與年齡使用者在操作行為與使用者經驗的差異上發現：(一)不同性別使用者於租借操作程序有發現差異，女性使用者較仰賴App、網頁等資訊的提供；(二)不同年齡使用者於租借操作程序行為有發現差異：年齡40歲以上使用者較無「查詢站點資訊」、「選擇車輛」與「檢查車體」等動作；(三)不同性別使用者於租借與歸還使用經驗無明顯差異：男性與女性使用者均會在借還車輛時遇到問題；(四) 不同年齡使用者於歸還使用經驗有發現差異：年齡30~39歲的使用者比較其他兩個年齡層，在歸還自行車的使用經驗上碰到最少問題。

After the Taipei MRT and bus network have formed, department of transportation provided a free public bike in 1999; however it ended in failure. In 2008, the department promoted a new public bike system called YouBike as a toll for people to commute daily life or leisure use, and improve the public transport first and last mile access services.
In this study, researcher using observation and interview to realize user behavior and user experiment when they operating the system. The research found that user behavior in rental part includes: search for sites information, select bicycle, checking the bike, proximity card, pull out the bike and adjust the seat height. In restitution part includes: push the bike in car column and proximity card.
The reseach found that different gender and age’s user on behavior and experiment do have d ifference.
(1) In rental part, women rely more on using the web and app to get informations before they arrive the stations.
Age over 40’s user using the system without search for sites information, select bicycle and checking the bike.
(2) In restitution part, age between 30~39’s user faced fewer problem than age between 20~29 and age over 40.
(3) There are no significant different of user’s gender in user experience.
