建構成人終身學習關鍵能力與學習滿意度行銷組合之研究

摘要


邁向學習社會的過程中,發展終身學習關鍵能力乃是個人、組織與社會提升國家競爭力的重要策略。聯合國教科文組織、經濟合作發展組織以及歐盟等國際組織均強調無論是終身學習者的培育或是學習社會的發展,均應回歸到個人終身學習關鍵能力的培養。而終身教育機構又為提供成人學習滿意度需求最佳場所,人人藉由機構式依不同的背景變項,提供適宜的優質課程等相關行銷策略,更易引動每位學習者學習興趣,藉由有效率學習,培養其終身學習關鍵能力。學習如由於終身學習關鍵能力的發展乃是國際潮流所趨,且為邁向學習社會之所需,本研究以建構終身學習關鍵能力的架構內涵與發展學習滿意度需求行銷策略探究為主題,主要研究目的共有三項:一、建構我國成人終身學習關鍵能力;二、瞭解成人學習滿意度需求之內涵;三、瞭解終身教育機構行銷策略成效。本研究採用文獻分析與因素分析,以達成上述各項研究目的,進而歸納出以下各項重要結論:一、建構我國國民的七大終身學習關鍵能力,不同的教育程度、年齡有不同的關鍵能力需求,每項能力均涵蓋知識、技能與態度三項層面。二、我國成人終身學習關鍵能力需要加強的需求,包含國人須充實七大終身學習關鍵能力相關內涵及該指標可供國人自我進修參考依據。三、不同的對象有不同的滿意學習滿意度需求與內涵。四、社教機構應考量民眾的學習偏好來設計活動及課程,終身學習機構對於開設的課程、教材、教學方式投入更多的資源,研發更多創意思維,豐富課程內容,以吸引民眾參與,則國人的終身學習關鍵能力更易養成。

The process of towards a learning society, develop the key competencies for lifelong learning is the important strategy for individuals, organizations and society to enhance national competitiveness. UNESCO, OECD, European Union and other international organizations have stressed the cultivation of lifelong learners or development of learning society, should be return to the personal lifelong learning key competencies. And lifelong education institutions provide the best place for adult learning satisfaction, by institution type in accordance with all the different background variables, to provide appropriate high-quality courses and other related marketing strategies, motivated much interests in learning for each learner, by effective learning, to develop their key competencies for lifelong learning. As the development of the lifelong learning key competencies is the international trend, and are the needs towards the learning society, in this study the theme is to construct the structure of key competencies for lifelong learning and develop learning satisfaction needs of marketing strategies, there are three main research purposes: First, construct our key competencies for lifelong learning for adults; Second, understand the content of adult learning satisfaction needs; Third, understand the effectiveness of marketing strategies of lifelong education institutions. In this study,use document analysis and factor analysis to achieve these research purposes, and then summarize the following important conclusions: First, build our national seven lifelong learning key competencies, different educational degrees and ages have different key ability demands,each ability including knowledge, skills and attitudes three dimensions. Second, the needs for strengthen our adult lifelong learning key competencies,including people have to enrich related contents for seven adult lifelong learning key competencies and the target can be the reference for people self-study. Third, different objects have different satisfaction needs and contents. Fourth, social education institutions should consider people's preferences to design learning activities and courses, lifelong learning institutions put more resources for courses, teaching materials, teaching methods to develop more creative ideas and enrich the course contents to attract people participation, and then to develop people's lifelong learning key competencies is more easily.
