本論文介紹有關輕軌供電系統的構造及其供電方式,並利用ETAP電力系統模擬軟體內建的電力設備元件和廠商提供的資料,針對淡海輕軌捷運系統構造整體模組;在台電系統正常供電及不正常供電情形下,利用ETAP內建的Load Flow Analysis模組驗證其系統於不同負載情況下的交流電力潮流;使用ETAP中Harmonic Analysis和Transient Stability模組進行諧波分析和電力閃爍分析。電力潮流分析結果此系統之交流電力潮流在正常或不正常供電情形下及不同負載情況之下,其匯流排電壓降最大值皆低於配電系統電壓降限制值;於系統責任分界點所模擬的諧波成分,由於系統共振點接近於特性諧波頻率,其特性諧波被放大,須加裝濾波器以改善電力品質;電壓閃爍的模擬結果小於台電限制值。本次模擬之數據可做為相關工程初始設計研究的參考。
This thesis introduces the construction and function of light rail electricity transmission system. With official database of the electrical element parameters and build-in electrical elements in Electrical Transient Analysis Program, one of power system simulation software, we construct the power system model of Dan Hai Light Rail transit system. While the electrical power supplies normally or abnormally, we discuss and identify the system’s load flow conditions in differ load conditions, harmonic analysis and voltage flickers with using build-in load flow analysis module in ETAP in order to verify that Dan Hai Light Rail Transit electricity transmission system works properly. In conclusion, the result of the load flow analysis reveals that the bus voltage drop is within 5% or 7% limit in differ load conditions while Taiwan Power Company supplies power normally or abnormally. As system resonant point in PCC (Point of Common Coupling) is near the 12 pulses rectifier harmonic characteristic components, the amplitude of the specified voltage and current harmonic distortions are magnified and over the limitation, which should add additional filter to meet the limit. Last but not the least, the results of voltage flickers simulation are lower than the limit.
