本研究旨在探討技專校院校園安全維護現況及認知之差異情形，以做為學校及教育當局日後在校園安全維護之參考。為達研究目的，首先透過文獻整理與分析，探討技專校院校園安全維護的相關概念與內涵，並據以建立研究的整體架構。
研究者調查實施以技專校院教職員工（含教官）為母群體，發展自編問卷為工具，同時按照技專校院分層比例抽樣，共計發出300份問卷，回收264份有效問卷，回收率88％。所使用的統計分析方法主要包括：次數分配及百分比、平均數比較、t-考驗、單因子變異數分析(ANOVA)。所得結論歸納如下：不同性別（男與女)、不同學歷（研究所以上、大學、專科含以下）、不同服務年資（五年以下、六至十年、十一至十五年、十六年以上）、不同現任職務（行政主管、教官、教師、職員工）、不同學校類型(公立與私立)、不同學校規模（三十六班以下、三十七至六十班、六十一班以上)、是否曾參加校園安全維護研習的教職員工（含教官），在校園安全維護的構面與細項的符合程度有顯著差異存在。
最後，本研究依據研究發現與結論，分別從學校與人員、教育行政機關及後續研究等三方面，提出具體建議，期使校內每一成員，均

The object of this study is to investigate current situation of campus security in technological college and trying to find the differences of cognition. The result is expected to be a reference for coping with campus security maintenance in technological college. The research methods include: documentary analysis, questionnaire survey and individual interviews with experts and scholars.
This study integrates the principles of domestic and foreign security maintenance, in order to establish a safer, healthier campus. Then develope investigation questionnaires based on the factors and theories of security maintenance. The survey targets are: teachers and administrative staffs (including instructors ) of technological college. There were 300 copies of the survey issued and 264 received, the received rate is 88%. The statistical methods adopted are : frequency distribution and percentage; average comparison ;independent samples T-test ;and ANOVA.
According to documentary survey and questionnaire analysis, the following conclusion are obtained :
Every one in school （including administrative staff, teacher, instructor）must emphasize the security problems on campus.
