本研究旨在探討臺北市公立幼稚園教師領導技巧與班級經營效能之研究,具體目的有: 一、暸解不同背景變項之臺北市公立幼稚園在教師領導技巧之差異 情形。 二、瞭解臺北市公立幼稚園教師因不同的領導技巧其班級經營效能 之差異情形。 本研究採用問卷調查法,以九十七學年度第二學期之臺北市公立幼稚園教師為研究對象,進行問卷調查,共發出360份研究問卷,施測後回收問卷332份,經查核剔除無效問卷6份,其有效問卷共計326份,依據受試者填答結果,以描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、事後比較等統計方法加以分析,根據分析結果,所得結論歸納以下幾點: 一、臺北市公立幼稚園21-30、41-50歲教師領導技巧高於51歲以上 公立幼稚園教師 二、臺北市任教年資達21年以上之公立幼稚園教師的「目標擬定技 巧」高於任教年資16-20年之公立幼稚園教師 三、臺北市公立幼稚園教師教育程度,對其領導技巧沒有明顯差異 四、臺北市公立幼稚園教師園長儲訓與否,對其領導技巧沒有明顯 差異 五、臺北市公立幼稚園不同領導技巧在班級經營效能上有明顯差 異,其目標擬定技巧越高,班級經營效能越好 六、臺北市公立幼稚園不同領導技巧在班級經營效能上有明顯差 異,其重視成員技巧越高,班級經營效能越好 七、臺北市公立幼稚園不同領導技巧在班級經營效能上有明顯差 異,其人際互動技巧越高,班級經營效能越好 八、臺北市公立幼稚園不同領導技巧在班級經營效能上有明顯差 異,其溝通表達技巧越高,班級經營效能越好 最後依據本研究之結論,提供具體建議以供學校及教育行政機關與幼稚園教師及未來研究作為參考。
This research aims to explore the relationship between leadership skills and classroom management efficiency of the teachers in Taipei municipal kindergartens. The concrete purposes are listed as follows: 1. To understand the difference of the leadership skills of the teachers in Taipei municipal kindergartens under different background factors. 2. To understand the difference of the classroom management efficiency under different leadership skills of the teachers in Taipei municipal kindergartens. This research adopted the method of questionnaire survey and randomly sampled the teachers in Taipei municipal kindergartens in the second semester of the 2008 academic year. Among the 360 questionnaires distributed, 332 were returned. Among the returned surveys, 6 of them were judged as invalid and 326 of them were valid. Based on the results of the subject’s answer, the data were analyzed by the statistics methods of descriptive-Statistics, independent samples T-test, one-way ANOVA, and post hoc comparisons. The results can be concluded as follows: 1. The leadership skills of the teachers between 21 to 30 years old and between 41 to 50 years old are better than that of the teachers higher than 51 years old in Taipei municipal kindergartens. 2. The‘Draw up Goal Skill’ for the teachers having more than 25 years in-service experience in Taipei municipal kindergartens are better than those with 16-20 in - service experience. 3. The educational level of the teachers in Taipei municipal kindergarten did not cause significant difference on their leadership skills. 4. There is no significant difference on the leadership skills for the teachers whether or not they attend the pre-training courses on being a teacher or leader in Taipei municipal kindergartens. 5. There are significant differences on the class management efficiency for the teachers with different leadership skills in Taipei municipal kindergartens. The greater skill of draw-up goal is; the better class management efficiency will be. 6. There are significant differences on the class management efficiency for the teachers with different leadership skills in Taipei municipal kindergartens. The greater skill of value-member is; the better class management efficiency will be. 7. There are significant differences on the class management efficiency for the teachers with different leadership skills in Taipei municipal kindergartens. The greater skill of interpersonal interaction is; the better class management efficiency will be. 8. There are significant differences on the class management efficiency for the teachers with different leadership skills in Taipei municipal kindergartens. The greater skill of communicational expression is; the better class management efficiency will be. Finally, based on the conclusions of this research, we provide concrete suggestions for future research of the schools, educational administration authorities, and teachers in kindergartens.
