本研究旨在探討高級職業學校行政主管對校務評鑑委員專業能力與專業表現的知覺。本研究主要採取問卷調查法,以台灣地區2008年~2010年辦理高級職業學校校務評鑑學校行政主管為對象,並依文獻探討及專家審查結果,擬訂「高級職業學校行政主管對校務評鑑委員專業能力與專業表現」問卷為研究工具,共寄發900份,回收問卷825份,得有效問卷為730份,有效回收率81.1%。統計方式採取描述性統計、單一樣本t檢定、獨立樣本t檢定、相依樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及重要-表現程度分析法,經資料分析後,獲得以下結論: 一、高級職業學校校務評鑑委員所需具備能力包含評鑑專業知識、評鑑實務能力與評鑑專業倫理三層面,共37個項目。 二、高級職業學校行政主管對校務評鑑委員專業能力重要程度知覺顯著高於高等程度。 三、高級職業學校行政主管對校務評鑑委員專業表現具備程度知覺顯著高於高等程度。 四、高級職業學校行政主管對校務評鑑委員專業能力重要程度知覺會因教育界年資、現任職務、受評組別評鑑結果與學校屬性而有所差異。 五、高級職業學校行政主管對校務評鑑委員專業表現具備程度知覺會因性別、教育界年資、現任職務與受評組別評鑑結果而有所差異。 六、高級職業學校行政主管對校務評鑑委員專業能力重要程度知覺顯著高於專業表現具備程度知覺。
This study aimed to research senior vocational school administrators' perception of the professional competency and professional performance of school affairs evaluators.Questionnaires containing measurement scales on professional competency and professional performance were administered to various faculties at 129 senior vocational schools These questionnaires were evaluated by the Taiwan Assessment and Evaluation Association from 2008 to 2010. Of the 900 administered questionnaires, 825 were returned, 730 of which were valid and had a valid response rate of 81.1%. This study adopted Descriptive statistics, one-sample t-test, independent t-test, One-Way ANOVA, and Importance-Performance Analysis to analyze the collected data. The findings of this study were as the follows: 1.The school affairs evaluators of senior vocational schools were evaluated on the basis of a total 37 items, including expertise, ability evaluation practices and professional ethics. 2.Perception of senior vocational school administrators to import degree of professional competency was significantly higher than high level. 3.Perception of senior vocational school administrators to import degree of professional performance was significantly higher than high level. 4.Senior vocational school administrators had significantly differences on important degree perception to professional competency of evaluators due to seniority, current position, results of evaluation, and attributes of senior vocational school. 5.Senior vocational school administrators had significantly differences on important degree perception to professional performance of evaluators due to gender, seniority, current position, and results of evaluation. 6.Senior vocational school administrators had higher perception to important degree of professional competency than to possessive degree of professional performance.
