我國已進入到知識社會的新時代,如何將知識與經驗傳授再利用一直都是知識管理探討的重要議題。目前大部分營建企業都著重在顯性知識管理,較少注重公司之隱性知識管理,主要原因之一是很難將工程師之知識轉換為顯性知識。以往知識與經驗一直都是累積在工程師的腦海中,在專案結束後工程人員的專業知識和經驗也隨著團隊解散後而無法有效保留。因此本研究運用心智圖的優點與特色及透過工程專案知識管理建置流程與步驟,利用心智圖之水平思考和垂直思考等聯想技巧,協助工程師將個人知識與經驗轉換為顯性知識,並透過案例導入探討心智圖應用於工程知識管理之適用性。本研究主要成果與重點包括:1.探討目前工程隱性知識管理遭遇之問題;2.建置心智圖之工程專案隱性知識管理的流程與步驟;3.透過實際案例導入瞭解心智圖之工程專案隱性知識管理所遭遇的困難及效益;4.提出心智圖在工程專案隱性知識管理實務應用之建議。
As soon as the world enters the knowledge society in our county, it’s important how to reused Knowledge and experience in Knowledge Management. However construction companies are focused explicit knowledge management more then tacit Knowledge management and engineer is difficulties conversion to explicit knowledge. In the past the personal knowledge and experiences are lost with the end of a construction project. This study will regard mind mapping of the advantages and characteristics then make construction knowledge management processes and procedures, this study is use vertical and level thinking of mind mapping skill to systematically integrate and expand knowledge and information, to explore through the case study into the construction knowledge management processes in the application of engineering knowledge management. The findings of this study are as follow: 1.Explore the current problems encountered in construction tacit knowledge management. 2.Make construction tacit knowledge management processes and procedures from mind maqpping function. 3.According to the case into the mind mapping of the project to understand construction knowledge management of tacit knowledge and effectiveness of the difficulties encountered. 4.Propose to mind mapping tacit knowledge in engineering project management application.
