結構物維修補強目前漸漸成為趨勢,碳纖維貼片補強工法是將碳纖維貼片利用環氧樹脂將貼片黏貼於混凝土表面,讓混凝土與貼片形成ㄧ個新的複合構件,使結構物的強度提升,但許多研究發現,碳纖維貼片補強試驗中往往會有貼片剝落(Debonding)的問題,使貼片不能完全發揮其功效,本研究對於不同的試體表面狀態及環境因素下對黏結效果的影響作探討。 本研究探討貼片與混凝土界面間的黏結強度,在不同的環氧樹脂配比變化、不同的貼覆面狀態處理及貼片貼覆層數等因素下,進行混凝土與CFRP貼片間黏結力抗拉試驗,測試每種因素變化下對黏結效果的影響,另外,在貼片貼覆長度及寬度上做改變,用以了解其對混凝土與貼片界面黏結強度的影響。 試驗結果顯示,當黏貼長度為1cm寬度2cm抗拉強度為162 kgf,平均剪應力為41 kgf/cm2,隨著碳纖維貼片貼覆的長度、寬度增加,使得抗拉試體的抗拉強度增加,但黏貼面積之平均剪應力則有明顯降低。混凝土表面狀態的處理對黏結效果有明顯的影響,其中表面以點鑿的方式處理會獲得較佳的黏結果,黏結強度較貼覆面拋光提升24%。混凝土底材潮濕也直接影響環氧樹脂的黏結效果,底材潮濕下強度較乾燥強度下降70%。試體是否塗底漆和貼片貼覆層數對抗拉試體的強度無顯著之影響。
Retrofit and repair of RC structures has gradually become the trend. The structural strengthening with CFRP sheets is to use epoxy to form an adhesive interface on the concrete surface,improving the strength of structures. However, many studies found that CFRP sheets always result in debonding problems and cannot fully utilize their effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to discuss different test conditions and environmental factors on the effect of the cement. This study investigates the adhesive strength bwtween CFRP sheets and concrete at different epoxy resin ratio, different states handle affixed cladding of concrete surface and the using layers of CFRP sheets, the double shear test method was used to obtained the CFRP adhesive strength test at different conditions of concete surface. In addition, the CFRP adhesive length and width were variable for the testing of effective bond area. The adhesive strength was 162kgf equal to 41kgf/cm2 with 1cm length and 2cm width CFRP bounding. The strength increased with the inevement of CFRP adhesive area but the average shear stress significantly reduced. Concrete surface treatment on the adhesive effect of the state have significant effects, in which the surface of a point chisel approach will be better adhesion results, the bond strength than the cladding polishing paste to upgrade 24%. Wet surface of concrete has a direct impact effect of epoxy resin adhesive, the adhesive strength degradation 70% with the wet condition of concrete surface. Test result form different using layers of CFRP sheets show that the adhesive strength different relate to the amonnts of CFRP layers.
