建築工程基礎開挖工法評選模式之研究

摘要


一棟建築物的誕生,必須經過規劃、設計以及施工,三項重要階段的生命週期,而萬丈高樓平地起,任何一幢高層建築物的基礎或地下室為重要的基磐,可採用不同的基礎開挖工法,其中逆打工法、順打工法及明挖工法最為常見且普遍,選擇工法必須考慮地理條件、工程規模、周邊環境、基礎施工成本及工期等因素。本研究應用模糊德菲層級分析法,確認影響因素及其相對權重,並建立一套開挖工法模糊系統,未來將有助於建築物基礎開挖工法之選擇。 本研究流程分三階段進行,第一階段提擬初步基礎開挖工法影響因素,並採用二次專家問卷篩選影響因素的種類並計算相對權重;第一次問卷調查採用模糊德菲法,篩選影響因素和制定層級;第二次問卷調查採用模糊層級分析法,計算出影響因素的相對權重。第二階段綜合資料蒐集與專家建議,建立以影響因素為基礎之評選標準,每項影響因素皆有個別的評選準則,並分成五等級,給予一至五分的評分,例如:地理條件又可分為地盤種類、地下水文條件及基地高低落差等次要影響因素。第三階段訂定逆打工法、順打工法及明挖工法的隸屬函數與模糊集合,再結合為開挖工法模糊系統,最後挑選具代表性的工程案例,分析及探討模糊系統的適切性。

A new building must undergo three major phases, such as planning, design and construction. The foundation of any building bearing all dead and live loads from upper structure is the most essential component of a building. The common foundation construction method includes Top-down method, Bottom-up method and Open-cut method. There are a lot of factors that affect selection of foundation construction method, such as geological formations, construction scale, environmental impact, costs, construction duration, and so on. This study applys the Fuzzy Delphi Analytic Hierarchy Process Method (FDAHP) which considers major factors in evaluate appropriate foundation construction method. There are three major phases when performing FDAHP analyses. For the first phase, the expert Q&A is conducted and the results are used to employ Fuzzy Delphi method to establish the hierarchy of factors, and the subsequent expert Q&A results are analyzed with Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method to calculate relative weighting for each factor. For the second phase, the subfactors for each majority factor are graded into five levels from the knowledge base of experts and literature review. For example, soil types, groundwater levels, as well as topology are the subfactors for geological formations. By selecting proper subfactor grade and multiplying to relative weighting, the grade of each majority factor is obtained. Then, the summation of grades for all majority factors generates the score of this excavation method. After the membership function for each excavation method is established, some representative practical cases will be used to calibrate and verify this model.
