摘 要 論文名稱:高中職教師資訊素養與教學效能關係之研究-以台北市為例 頁數:189 校所別:國立台北科技大學技術及職業教育研究所 畢業時間:九十四學年度第二學期 學位:碩士 研究生:王嘉祐 指導教授:林淑珍 關鍵詞:高中職教師、資訊素養、教學效能 本研究旨在探討高中職資訊素養與教學效能關係之研究,採用文獻分析與問卷調查為主要研究方法。以自編的「高中職教師資訊素養問卷」及「高中職教師教學效能問卷」為研究工具,進行調查。本研究問卷,採隨機抽樣方式,針對台北市高中職教師共計寄發440份問卷,回收有效樣本數389份,有效問卷回收率達88.4﹪。 本研究採以次方分配百分比、平均數、標準差、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異分析、皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法進行資料分析,重要結論與建議如下: 一、高中職教師資訊素養現況屬於中上程度。 二、高中職教師教學效能現況屬於中上程度。 三、男性教師在資訊素養上表現高於女性教師。 四、年輕教師在「資訊科技的認知」、「資訊科技的使用」、「資料的處理與分析」、「網際網路的應用」層面上表現優於年長教師。 五、兼任行政工作的教師在「網際網路的應用」、「資訊倫理的建立」層面上優於導師及專任教師。 六、資淺的教師在「資訊科技的認知」、「資訊科技的使用」、「資料的處理與分析」、「網際網路的應用」層面上優於資深的教師。 七、私立學校教師在「資訊科技的認知」、「網際網路的應用」、「資訊倫理的建立」層面上優於公立學校教師。 八、私立學校教師在「教學評量的實施」層面上優於公立學校教師。 九、學校規模大的教師在「教學策略的應用」、「教學內容的設計」、「班級氣氛的營造」層面上表現較好。 十、高中職教師資訊素養與教學效能之間達顯著正相關。 十一、針對研究結果對教育主管機關、學校單位、教師及未來研究提出具體建議, 俾供參考。
ABSTRACT Title:A Study on the Relationship between Information Literacy and Teaching Effectiveness in Senior High Schools and Vocational High Schools in Taipei . This research explores the relationship between information literacy and teaching effectiveness by adopting docutmentary analysis and questionaire analysis based on self-edited “Questionaires on Information Literacy in Teachers in Senior High Schools or Vocational High Schools“ as well as on “Questionaires on Teaching Effectiveness in Teachers in Senior High School or Vocational High Schools “ 440 copies of questionnaires were distributed to the teachers concerned on a random sampling basis . And the valid samplings collected back amounted to 389 copies, at a validity rate of 88.4%. The samplings thus obtained are analyzed by means of standard deviations, frequency, chi-square test, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, Scheffe’s method, canonical correlation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis. And the findings are as follows: 1. The teachers in the above-mentioned high schools have “ Mid-High ” scores on information literacy. 2. The teachers also have “ Mid-High “ scores on teaching effectiveness. 3. Male teachers perform better than female teachers in information literacy. 4. Younger teachers perform better than elder teachers in information realization, information operation, information processing and analysis, and Internet application. 5. Teachers taking part simultaneously in school administration perform better than homeroom teachers and full-time teachers in Internet application and establishment of information ethics. 6. Less-experienced teachers perform better than experienced teachers in information realization, information operation, information processing and analysis, and Internet application. 7. Teachers in private schools score higher than teachers in public schools on information realization, Internet application, and establishment of information ethics. 8. Teachers in public schools score higher than teachers in private schools on teaching assessment. 9. Teachers in large-scaled schools score higher on teaching strategy, teaching design and teaching atmosphere. 10. The relationship between information literacy and teaching effectiveness is significantly and positively related. 11. The above findings can be referred to and used by education administrations, schools and teachers concerned, or for future researches.
