油品市場自由化後,經營環境丕變,更有甚者,各項環保、工安條件日趨嚴苛,及汽、機車廢氣排放所造成之地球暖化元兇、節能減碳呼聲、油電車的推廣及大眾捷運系統的建構普及等,均讓加油站之經營持續受到挑戰。有鑑於此,對擬跨入加油站油品市場之經營者,除應有基本的促銷條件及服務品質概念外,對於加油站設點位址的評選要求將日趨重要。 本文係利用AHP分析層級程序法,將加油站選址條件切割成不同的層級因子,透過專家訪談及問卷方式,確立各層級因子,再針對此層級因子透過實際經營者問卷做權重評定,並以AHP工具軟體進行各層級的權重計算與統計分析,建立出加油站選址決策因子之權重表。分析結果顯示加油站選址條件之主層面權重依序為:(1)道路考量(0.3176),(2)區域考量(0.28516),(3)經營考量(0.23056),(4)法規考量(0.16668)。 此結果再與已經營點之實例核對確認比對,也透過一實例以傳統決策者的選址與以本研究方法之選址結果作一比較,所得與加油站經營者或拓站業者之選址決策之考量一致;希望經由此研究分析結果,可供爾後擬加入加油站經營之後進者做為決策之參考。

So, this paper tries to inquire about the discussion; Plans to at present to stride in operator of the gas station market, besides should have the basic promotion condition and the service quality concept, will suppose an address importantly regarding the gas station the evaluation request day by day. This article uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process, for the different level factor the gas station selected location condition, by the expert interview and the questionnaire way, establishes various levels factor, aims at this level factor to make the weight evaluation again by the actual operator questionnaire, and carries on various levels by the Analytic Hierarchy Process tool software the weight computation and the statistical analysis, establishes weight of table the gas station selected location decision-making factor.
