國定古蹟台北樟腦廠結構分析與補強評估

Structural Analysis and Evaluation of the Retrofit Plan on TTL Camphor Exhibitional Hall

摘要


本研究中針對台北樟腦廠現有之樟腦倉庫及物品倉庫等兩棟建築物進行結構分析,以瞭解其結構系統是否滿足現行規範之要求。由於上述兩棟建築物之主要結構系統為磚構造,其中建築物屋頂及樓版之垂直載重皆由四周磚牆承受,而側向載重則完全由磚牆所吸收。由於磚牆屬於非韌性構材,亦無任何贅餘度可言,一旦發生破壞,建築物恐有倒塌之虞,因此業主目前亦規劃一補強方案以提供建築物足夠之結構承載力。分析結果顯示樟腦倉庫之樓版、主梁、基礎、四周磚牆、以及物品倉庫之外牆中有多處強度不足,而補強方案亦有未臻完備之處,因此建議業主責成設計單位提出必要之改善措施。

By the Council for Cultural Affairs carrying out the rehabilitation and reuse of National Historic Building-Taipei Camphor Factory, this study proceed the strength experiment from the sampling of this structure’s material and eventually use this result to analyze in order to comprehend if the strength performance of the centurial structure satisfies the requirement of current standard. Due to the material of this structure is brick, the earthquake energy is absorbed by brick wall. The construction will have insufficient support once the brick wall is broken. Therefore, the reinforced project of this study mainly provides the enough support to the construction and protects the historical brick wall as first target in order to reduce the earthquake energy. The strength of the construction has safety doubt by the material experiment. Under construction analysis, many places of floor, beam, foundation, and the brick wall don’t satisfy the current standard. With the purpose of protecting the historical building, this study analyzes and evaluates the reinforced project that was provided by the structure engineering.
