全球半導體市場已進入緩步成長與資本集中的成熟期,預估在 2011-2014 年間產業將呈現「微成長」格局,微利時代,考驗著企業的應變能力,在全球化運籌的壓力下,以『最低的成本』提供『最好的服務品質』成為企業致勝的關鍵。隨著全球產業佈局的急速變化,過去掌握量產規模經濟優勢而有著輝煌榮景的台灣高科技製造業,開始面臨著前所未有的挑戰及困境,引進新一代資訊科技以解決管理上的問題,是為必然的趨勢。 基於前述的背景與動機,本研究以個案研究方式探討整合元件製造廠如何導入先進規劃與排程系統,來解決生管人員以人工計算或試算表軟體進行生產及物料規劃所發生的若干問題,並透過參與過程發現系統整合的問題及提出解決方案,以作為其他業者引進先進規劃與排程系統時的參考。
Global semiconductor market has entered a period of slow growth and maturity with the concentration of capital. Estimated for the period 2011-2014, the industry will show "Micro Growth" pattern. Micro-profit era is a test of the ability of adaptation for enterprises. Under the pressure of the globalized logistics, provide "the best quality of service" with "the lowest cost" has become the key to success. With the rapid changes in the global industrial layout, Taiwan high-tech manufacturing which have a glorious prosperity in the past with master the volume production economies of scale start facing unprecedented challenges and difficulties. The introduction of a new generation of information technology to solve the management problems is inevitable. Based on the foregoing background and motivation, this study explored that Integrated Device Manufacturers (IDMs) how to implement advanced planning and scheduling system (APS) to resolve the issues that occurred due to production management staff carried out production and materials planning by using manual calculation or spreadsheet software. Through participation in the process of implementation to discover the system integration problems and propose solutions to be the reference for other companies in the semiconductor industry to introduce advanced planning and scheduling system.
