兒童數位圖書館為典藏數位化的書籍提供兒童依自己喜好做選擇與閱讀。在數位化的世界裡,以兒童的認知與經驗操作成人設計的介面,會遭遇不同於成人的困惑與挫折。為了達到網站資源的有效利用,促進兒童有更好的使用經驗,探討其介面之使用性有其必要性。本研究透過現有網站調查,經前導實驗測試後提出增加按鈕之引導能幫助使用者。並於本研究的模擬介面實驗,針對操作績效、辨識度與操作性、互動滿意度、工作負荷量以及年級與性別的差異做探討,研究結果說明如下: 1.需考量按鈕之特性調整提示的方式。按鈕具可多次點選的特性,提示以文字的方式能讓使用者更快的了解。大量的圖形與按鈕會分散使用者的注意力,動態之回饋較快吸引使用者的注意力,給予更多操作上的指引。 2.動態回饋在主觀上顯示有較高的滿意度。其活潑有變化的效果能降低身體之負荷。考量兒童的心裡感受可在設計上使用動態回饋。 3.五年級之操作績效優於三年級。三年級的心智、精力負荷量以及自我表現績效高於五年級,而性別沒有顯著的差異。在為兒童設計時除了考量有效的操作,也要兼顧心理之感受,以降低在操作網路時產生之退怯與循環的行為。
Children’s digital library collects digital books for children to select and read according to their preference. In digital world, children with their concept and experience use the interface designed for adult would encounter confusion and frustration which is different from adult. In order to achieve efficient application of website resource and to improve the better using experience for children, it is necessary to discuss the usability of interface. After a pilot experiment and through the survey to current website, the research addressed that the introduction of adding buttons is helpful for users. And aiming at the operation performance, recognition, operation, interaction satisfaction, work load and the significance of grades, the research made the experiment of analog interface. The result of research showed as below: 1.It is necessary to consider the feature of the button and to adjust the way of the tip. The button could be featured with multiple clicking and the tip could be captioned with written words for user to understand more rapidly. 2.Dynamic feedback demonstrates the higher satisfaction subjectively. The lively and changeable efficiency can reduce the body burden. To consider the feeling of children, the dynamic feedback could be applied to design. 3.The operation performance of the fifth-grade student is better than the third-grade students; however, the mental demand, the effort and the performance of the third-grade students is better than the fifth-grade students. Besides to consider the efficient operation, the psychological experience of children is also needed to apply to design so as to decrease the retreating and circular behavior while using interface of website.
