改善生質柴油引擎NOx濃度排放之研究

摘要


數十年來的全球快速工業化,已使環境污染和生態破壞嚴然成為一個新的重要課題。台灣的空氣污染源有88 %以上是來自移動的污染源,即汽、機車排放之廢氣產生。近年來由於生質柴油的使用,使得生質柴油引擎廢氣中的NOX排放濃度增加,又生質柴油運用在柴油引擎的趨勢也日漸增提高,為了不得不減低NOX濃度排放的需要,故本研究採用取得方便,且不含氧、又十六烷值、密度和動力黏度甚低的環保去漬油添加在密度和含氧量較高的棕櫚油甲酯,以及密度與含氧量較低的廢食用油甲酯的兩種生質柴油中,來探討其對柴油引擎性能、燃料消耗、廢氣排放和燃燒特性等影響。經引擎實驗結果顯示,添加10 %環保去漬油的棕櫚油甲酯和廢食用油甲酯的兩種混合生質柴油均對引擎性能完全無任何的影響,且在廢氣排放上分別較純棕櫚油甲酯和廢食用油甲酯的兩種生質柴油在 NOX濃度的排放上約減低1.7 % 和2.71 %,但對Somke和HC的濃度排放有些微增加的趨勢。

Environment pollutions and ecology destruction have become a new important lesson through more than ten years of fast global industrialized. Taiwan’s air pollution sources are 88 % from mobile pollution source such as the exhaust gas emission from automobiles and motorbikes. Due to the wide use of biodiesel in recent years, NOx concentration emission from biodiesel engine exhaust is increasing. Moreover, the trend of using biodiesel in diesel engine is getting higher. In order to decrease the request of NOx concentration emission, this study was operated environmental naphtha which has characteristics of easy obtainment, oxygenless, low cetane number, low density and low dynamic viscosity to blend with palm oil methyl ester which is higher density and oxygen content as well as waste oil methyl ester which is lower density and oxygen content for investigating the effects of diesel engine performance, fuel consumption, exhaust gas emissions and combustion characteristics etc. Engine experimental results indicated that the two mixed biodiesel, palm oil methyl ester and waste oil methyl ester which blends with 10 % environmental naphtha has no influence in engine performance. And regarding exhaust gas emission, its NOx concentration emission is lower 1.7 % and 2.71 % than pure of palm oil methyl ester and waste oil methyl ester, respectively. Nevertheless, its Smoke and HC concentration emissions are the trend in slight increase.
