本研究依據達西定理,推導出不具墨水槽式麥克筆與具墨水槽式麥克筆於書寫狀態之出墨方程式,並利用Matlab軟體模擬麥克筆動態出墨量,模擬數值與實驗量測數據誤差皆小於3%,探討麥克筆設計共十個設計參數變化量對總出墨量的影響,若欲總出墨量越大則需:毛氈長度越短、毛氈直徑越短、毛氈滲透率越大、毛氈內存墨量越大、墨水黏度越小、筆頭與書寫面接觸面積越大、導引管長度越長、儲墨槽直徑越長、儲墨槽內墨水高度越高以及書寫速度越大;反之,則總出墨量較小。 麥克筆結構元件包含筆蓋、筆頭、筆身、毛氈、導引管、墨水、儲墨槽與筆尾共八個結構元件,其設計參數皆通過CNS法規之十三項實驗,其分別為:孔隙率實驗、滲透率實驗、墨水水油性測試、墨水表面張力實驗、墨水黏度量測實驗、書寫試驗、乾燥試驗、衝擊試驗、復原性試驗、耐熱試驗、耐低溫試驗、耐水性試驗、出墨量量測實驗。 本論文之推導公式與實驗數據規範,未來亦可在非麥克筆之毛氈式筆的應用。
This research based on Darcy's Law introduces a dynamic fluid formula for the marker pen with ink tank and the marker pen without ink tank. Using the Matlab software models the dynamic variables of the exiting ink weight, and we make sure that the experiments verified the mathematical models and the error is less than 3%. Discuss how to design the ten variables of the marker pen, we get the results how to change the exiting ink weight. The eight structural elements of the marker pen include the pen cover, the pen head, the cotton, the pipe, the ink, the tank and the pen tail. We plan 13 experiments to measure the values and match the CNS rules. These results can be applied to manufacture and development the products for the marker pen manufacturing company. Look forward to providing reference to stationery industry in the development and the design for their products.
