應用萃智(TRIZ)方法於中小型企業管理模式創新

摘要


當中小企業不斷成長茁壯,人員人數分工的不斷增加,已不是過去的簡單的組織架構,企業所要承擔的責任也愈來愈大,往往一個決策的成敗,小則損失訂單,大則不敢去想。以個案公司為例,有著二十五多年連接器代理銷售經驗,卻在八年前,前往大陸慘痛的失敗案例中,檢討起來是主事者一意孤行,沒有一個完整的計劃,且持續的執行,這就是目前中小企業的最大盲點。 本研究透過個案公司,一個以代理銷售為主的企業組織,要踏入連接器製造之營運策略的思維為例。結合簡單並結構化的管理方法與TRIZ理論的矛盾矩陣和創新原則,能夠幫決策者能在時間緊迫,資訊有限之條件下,快速的集中問題、整合、發想、產生創新對策。透過結構化的管理方法分析企業面臨之困境,並透過TRIZ方法結合管理意涵,迅速突破困境,提升企業競爭優勢。

As (Small and medium enterprises, SMEs) continue to grow, increasing staffing Division, no longer the simple organizational structure and business responsibilities are widening, often a policy's success or failure, small loss orders, you shudder to think. In case company, for example, has connectors for more than 25 years of sales experience, but eight years ago, visiting the city's defeat in case review is the Opus Dei insists on, does not have a complete plan, and ongoing implementation, which is at present the biggest blind spot. This research company, a sales agent of the Organization, should enter the connector manufacturing business strategy thinking for example. Combined with simple and structured management approach and the principle of contradiction matrix of TRIZ theory and innovation, can help decision makers in time, under the conditions of limited information, the concentration issues, consolidation, wants to rapid, innovative strategies. Through structured management method analysis of enterprises are facing difficulties, and, utilizing the TRIZ methods and managerial implications, quickly break through this predicament and enhance competitive advantage.
