染料敏化太陽能電池之專利技術分析

摘要


由於染料敏化太陽能電池(DSSC)的專利技術日新月異,其光電轉換的效能並搭配光學穿透性、色彩多元性、基板可撓曲性與自動化生產製程皆已達到商業化量產的投資效益及規模。本研究將逐一檢視目前已達商業化量產規模的染料敏化太陽能電池並探討所使用的關鍵技術專利來源,其中包含染料敏化太陽能電池模組、集光、冷卻、封裝、染料、電極結構、電極材料及透光層等各項專利。以作為台灣產學界及各研發單位在染料敏化太陽能電池在研發技術與專利上值得更進一步思考並加以突破的地方。 2006年在英國所成立的G24 Innovations公司,為目前首家商業化量產DSSC的公司,其DSSC技術來自於瑞士洛桑聯邦理工學院的Michael Grätzel團隊。該製程採用捲對捲(Roll to Roll)連續式的自動化生產 DSSC,未來將持續朝向無溶劑電解質、更薄的膠體塗料、更薄的鈦箔及防潮性更佳之封膠進行開發。

Patents and technology of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC) never-ending changes and improvement progress with each passing day, the performance of the photoelectric conversion with optical transparency, color diversity, substrate deflection and automated production processes have switched to achieve the return on investment in commercial production and scale. This study will view each of the dye-sensitized solar cells has reached commercial production scale and to explore the use of the key sources of technology patents, which contains the dye-sensitized solar cell module, light collecting, cooling, packaging, dyes, electrode structure, electrode material, transparent layer and other patents. As Taiwan industry and academia in the dye-sensitized solar cell R & D technology and patents worth further thinking and breakthroughs in place. G24 Innovations was established in 2006 in the UK for the first commercial mass-production of DSSC, the DSSC technology team from the Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, Switzerland Michael Grätzel. The process uses Roll-to-Roll continuous production of DSSC, and they will continue towards the non-solvent electrolyte, thinner colloidal coating, and thinner titanium foil, new higher moisture barrier encapsulates developed.
