綠色奈米高分子之研究

摘要


交聯聚乙烯材料因為其優異的各種性能,被使用在中高壓電線電纜作為絕緣用途,當廢棄後回收再使用也適合其他應用,但是需要先了解回收及處理(如熱塑化)後交聯聚乙烯的性質。分析及評估經再利用處理過後的廢交聯聚乙烯之性質。另外本論文研究山健公司交聯聚乙烯樣品,分析廢交聯聚乙烯的交聯度。以DSC、TGA分析熱性質和分子量測定,進而探討商業畫可行性。

Crosslinked polyethylenes find many applications in optoelectronics. The commercial crosslinked polyethylene can be recycled after some treatments. In this thesis, the polyethylene is treated to change the crosslinking density of polyethylene. This material is investigated by FTIR, DSC, and TGA to characterize the physical properties in order to blend with new PE to process new materials.
