本研究採抽樣方式進行問卷調查,其主要目的在探討高職餐飲管理科在校生對學習成效和學習滿意度是否有顯著差異,以及分析學習滿意度各學習成效各構面間的關係,調查問卷內容分為「學生基本資料」、與「學習滿意度量表」、「學習成效量表」等三部分。 本研究首先進行文獻探討分析,據以編製預試問卷,隨後以基北區隨機抽樣兩所高職餐飲管理科系的二年級學生為受測對象,共發放67份問卷,回收有效問卷56份,有效問卷回收率83.582%。預測問卷的填答資料進行信度分析和效度分析後,修正編訂完成正式調查問卷。正式問卷共發放7所學校共549份,問卷發放回收整理後,共回收536份問卷,有效問卷518份,占有效問卷回收比例為94.35%。本研究針對所回收之樣本進行資料分析,並使用獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析和皮爾森相關性分析探討高職餐飲管理科學生學習滿意度與學習成效關係。調查資料處理與統計分析後,獲致下列結論: 一、不同背景高職餐飲管理科學生對學習成效各構面有顯著差異。 二、不同背景高職餐飲管理科學生對學習滿意度各構面有顯著差異。 三、高職餐飲管理科學生學習滿意度各構面及學習成效各構面間有正相關性。
This study used questionnaires, questionnaire content is divided into students basic data, learning satisfaction and learning effect three parts. Also, have to analyze the effectiveness of learning satisfaction and learning effect between. The study beganwith the literature analysis to draft an initial questionnaire. Subsequently, the North random sampling from the base two vocational High School Students sample of Food and Beverage Management. have 67 questionnaires were distributed to do the pre.test, 56 valid questionnaires, the effective response rate of 83.582%. Questionnaires with the item, validity and reliability analysis, I am ended and finished the formal questionnaire. Formal questionnaires have to seven schools are sample. I mailed 549 questionnaires to them and retrieved 518 valid questionnaires. The rate of valid retrieved questionnaires is 94.35%. In this study, the samples were recovered data analysis, and use the t.test, one way ANOVA and correlation analysis discussed Food & Beverage Management Vocational High School Students on Learning Satisfaction and Effect. And after data processing and statistic analysis, we got the following conclusions and suggestions: 1.Food and Beverage Management Department of different background students on Learning Effect are significantly different. 2.Food and Beverage Management Department of different background students on Learning Satisfaction are significantly different. 3.Vocational High School of food and beverage management science student learning satisfaction and learning outcomes of each dimension between each dimension has a positive correlation.
