臺北縣國中技藝教育學程實施成效之研究

摘要

本研究目的旨在探討臺北縣國中技藝教育學程之實施成效。經由文獻探討、專家會議與問卷調查已達成下列研究目的：1.探討國中技藝教育學程實施成效之指標。2.調查臺北縣國中技藝教育目標層面之實施成效。3.探討臺北縣不同背景變項國中技藝教育學程實施成效之差異情形。
本研究獲得結論如下：
一、國中技藝教育學程實施成效可以分為「導引適性發展」、「奠定升讀基礎」、「培養職業道德」及「降低犯罪率」等四個目標層面十三個指標來衡量。
二、臺北縣國中技藝教育學程的實施成效，在「導引適性發展」、「奠定升讀基礎」、「培養職業道德」及「降低犯罪率」等四個目標均應被肯定，但仍有努力的空間。以「奠定升讀基礎」成效相對較為良好，「降低犯罪率」成效相對較為薄弱。
三、「學生停留在網咖發生的比例會降低」、「校園霸凌事件的比例會降低」及「學生濫用藥物發生的比例會降低」指標內涵的成效有待加強。

四、臺北縣國中技藝教育學程合作式學校在「導引適性發展」、「奠定升讀基礎」、「降低犯罪率」等三個目標的實施成效均比自辦式為佳。

The purpose of the study was to investigate the effectiveness of the technical arts programs at junior high schools in Taipei County. The research methods used in this study include literature review, expert’s conference, and questionnaire survey.
　　The purposes of this study as follow:
to investigate the indicators of the effectiveness of the technical arts programs at junior high schools and to investigate the goals and the difference of the variant background items of the effectiveness of the technical arts programs at junior high schools in Taipei County.
The results of this study as follow:
1. The effectiveness of technical arts programs at junior high school could be measured by 「guiding the adaptive development」,「the foundation of establishing studying」,「raising the occuptional morals」,and 「reducing the behavior deviation」which include thirteen indicators.
2. The effectiveness of four goals of the technical arts programs at junior high school in Taipei County should be affirmative,but they still have the effort spaces. The goal of the 「the foundation of establishing studying」 had a better effectiveness, but that of the「reducing the behavior deviation」had a weaker effectiveness.
3. The indicators’connotations of 「the proportion of the students abusing the medicine can be reduced」, 「the tyrant insults event of the campus」,and「the proportion of the students stay in the internet coffee shop can be reduced」needed to be strengthened.
4. The effectivess of 「guiding the adaptive development」,「the foundation of establishing studying」, 「reducing the behavior deviation」were cooperation type better than manage oneself type.
