A Study on Personality Trait in Excellent Radio Hosts

摘要

本研究旨在探討卓越廣播主持工作者應具備哪些人格特質以及了解影響廣播主持工作者擁有卓越表現的關鍵性人格特質，並分析不同之卓越廣播主持工作者，其人格特質是否有共同之處與是否有相抵觸之處。
本研究採用質化的個案研究方式進行深度訪談，歸納本研究之研究發現，結論如下：
ㄧ、卓越廣播主持工作者應具有正向情緒、價值觀、主見、感受 力、關心別人、深思熟慮、責任心、低焦慮、鑑賞力的人格特質。
二、努力與開放性特質是造成廣播主持工作者有卓越表現的關鍵性人格特質。
三、低神經質與高開放性為卓越廣播主持工作者的共同特質。
四、卓越廣播主持工作者無人格特質相抵觸之處。

The purpose of this research were to study personality trait in excellent radio hosts, to understand what are the key personality traits of radio hosts, to analyze weather the personality trait of different excellent radio hosts has anything in common or in dissimilarity .
This research applied the methods of case study by interviewing.The conclusions were as following:
1.Excellent radio hosts have some personality traits.These are positive emotions, values,ideas,feelings,altruism,deliberation,dutifulness,calm and aesthetics.
2.The key personality traits of radio hosts are effort and openness.
3.The common personality traits of radio hosts are low neuroticism and highly openness.
4.None of the personality trait in different excellent radio hosts is differ.
