研製用於無線感測器網路之Hilbert PIFA天線

摘要


隨著科技的進步,運用無線網路技術來傳達即時資訊已是可行且迅速的方式,此外隨著半導體技術的成熟,感測器電路也可成功的縮小到微米等級,因此,小型化無線感測器網路的概念將可能實現。 有鑒於此,本論文提出可搭載於無線感測器網路之天線,此天線有著小體積、低功率、低成本、容易製造與適當的傳輸距離等優點,適合整合於體積不大的無線感測器中,並結合各個無線感測器形成一資訊網路,使得資訊可以快速的傳達到每個角落。 為達到小型化天線的目的,傳統天線都會選用微帶天線或是倒F平面天線(PIFA),但都伴隨著低天線增益與頻寬不足等缺點,因此本論文為了提高此小型天線的效能,選用了Hilbert碎形結構與PIFA組合做設計。PIFA天線本身就有小型化天線的優勢,載搭配Hilbert碎形做為天線結構,可提高天線之操作頻寬、縮小天線尺寸與增益的提升。論文中也提出此種天線之設計規則。 本論文完成之天線操作頻率有915 MHz Hilbert PIFA天線、2.4 GHz Hilbert PIFA天線與2.4 GHz Hilbert PIFA陣列天線三種,皆使用由Zeland公司所出的IE3D 9.0版2.5D電磁模擬軟體做設計。在天線基材的選用上使用極為常見之FR4玻璃纖維電路板,厚1.6mm,以達到減少材料成本之目標。而2.4 GHz Hilbert PIFA天線便是未來將安裝於無線感測器網路之天線,中心頻率在2.43 GHz,S11為-27.6dB,-10dB頻寬範圍為2.32~2.54 GHz ,頻寬220 MHz,頻寬百分比約為9.1%,天線增益約1.446dBi。

Along with the rapid development of technology, utilizing the wireless network technique to transmit the information instantly is a feasible and rapid way. Due to the mature semiconductor technique, the sensing circuit can be reduced to micrometer grade. So the miniature wireless sensor network (WSN) will be carried out. Therefore, the present develop the novel class of miniature printed antennas building in WSN. The predominance of the novel antennas are compact size, low profile, low power, low cost, easy fabrication, and enough transmission distance. They are suitable to build in the miniature WSN. In order to realize the purpose of the miniature antenna, the commonly choice of antennas are micro stripe antennas or PIFA antennas. They have such defects as low antenna gain or not enough bandwidth. So this present design the miniature antennas for Hilbert fractal and PIFA structure to enhance the miniature antennas performance. The PIFA antennas have the advantage of the miniaturization, and the Hilbert fractal structure of the antennas can enhance the bandwidth, antenna gain, and compact size. This present explain the design rules for these antennas of the sort. The present achieve the three types of the miniature antennas, 915 MHz Hilbert PIFA antenna, 2.4 GHz Hilbert PIFA antenna, and 2.4 GHz Hilbert PIFA array antenna. All antennas are simulated with the IE3D v9.0 electromagnetic software of the Zeland Company. Then the three types of the antennas that built on FR4 substrate are fabricated, thickness 1.6 mm. The general substrate can reduce the cost. The 2.4 GHz Hilbert PIFA antenna for WSN has 2.43 GHz center frequency, S11 is -27.6dB, the -10dB bandwidth is 2.32~2.54 GHz, the bandwidth is 220 MHz, and the bandwidth percentage is 9.1%, the antenna gain is 1.446dBi.
