鋰電池含氟素電解質聚合物 之製備與研究

The Study of Perfluorinated Polymeric Electrolytes for Lithium Ion Battery

摘要


FSO2(CF2)4SO2F和FSO2(CF2)6SO2F兩個單體是由Burton等人笫一次合成[1],本文在研究此兩個單體分別在甲苯溶劑中和Potassium bis(trimethylsilyl)amide:[(CH3)3Si]2NK,加熱迴流,進行縮合聚合反應;所合成之聚合物再進行離子交換步驟,最後再和Li2CO3反應,製備出兩種新式的固體電解質鋰鹽寡聚合物,LiPBSI (lithium polyperfluorobutane-1,4-bis-sulfonylimide)和LiPHSI (lithiumpolyperfluorohe- xane-1,6-bis-sulfonylimide ),並以1H、19F、13C核磁共振光譜儀(NMR),氣相質譜 儀(GC/MS),傅立葉式紅外線光譜儀(FT-IR),熱重分析儀(TGA),示差熱掃描分析儀(DSC)等加以分析鑑定;LiPBSI、LiPHSI隨後再和聚氧化乙烯(PEO)摻混,製備出不同比例的[Li]/[O]膜;在不同溫度下,利用交流阻抗分析儀(AC impedance spectroscopic techniques),測量其離子導電度。另外我們也探討Li / LiPBSI PEO / Li cell和Li / LiPHSI PEO / Li cell之陽離子遷移數目(t+)。

Two monomers FSO2(CF2)4SO2F and FSO2(CF2)6SO2F are synthesized according to Burton’s method. This research studies the condensation polymerization of these two monomers with potassium bis(trimethylsilyl)amide in toluene. The resulting polymers undergo the ion exchange, and then the acidified products react with Li2CO3 to prepare two new types of fluorinated polymeric Li salts- LiPBSI (lithium polyperfluorobutane-1,4-bis-sulfonylimide)andLiPHSI(lithiumpolyperfluorohexane-1,6-bis-sulfonylimide ). The 1H and 19F、13C NMR, GC/MS, FT-IR, TGA ,DSC etc. are used to characterize the new compounds. and their conductivities were measured on the films made from polymeric Li salts and PEO in varying ratios.finally,measured the transference number of Li / LiPBSI PEO / Li cell and Li / LiPHSI PEO / Li cell.
