隨著全球化及科技發展,環保以及有害物質的問題不斷發生,自2005年11月IECQ QC080000管理系統發佈以來,發現此管理系統逐漸受到產業界重視,並藉由導入組織內部發展相關管理機制,以減少管理資源耗費.本研究以FMEA技術於個案E公司內各部門以團體討論方式,評估風險的重大性及發生機率,以及辨識公司流程作業中可以降低有害物質風險的控制點,計算出RPN值以衡量出 IECQ QC080000條文的權重並加以排序,另外再以AHP方法分析驗證公司(第三公證單位)的稽核員在稽核內部公司時,對於IECQ QC080000條文之權重並排序。應用此兩種技術分析方法模式,可使受稽核公司對於IECQ QC080000管理系統的暸解與能力的提升,在遭受外部稽核單位稽核時能有效掌握重點,以真正幫助企業運作。最後提出相關可行之建議及因應方式,期望可做為相關企業於未來維護IECQ QC080000管理系統的參考或是藉由其提昇企業之管理成效,以促使相關企業符合RoHS環保指令的要求,可以在相關管理機制上更趨完善,另對後續此一議題研究者,提出若干建議供做參考。
Due to rapid development of technology and globalization, Environmental protection and hazardous substances continue to occurring issues. Starting from November 2005 when IECQ QC0800000 Management System announced, this system has aware by enterprises gradually and it has link to the relevant management mechanism of inside organization in order to reduce the waste of management resources. This research is based on one individual company and is followed the system structure of IECQ QC0800000.The research use FMEA technology to discuss by group numbers in the E company then to figure out the RNP value for the ranking in IECQ QC0800000 standards then find out the solution to improve the problems. Besides, the research also uses AHP method to analysis the weight for the ranking by the certification service company in IECQ QC0800000 standards. Application the two analyses able to compare the E company with the certification service company by the ranking. It is help enterprise to realize and enhance the ability to deal with IECQ QC0800000 Management System. Finally, the useful suggestions and options can be proposed and reference for enterprises in the future or to improve IECQ QC080000 management efficiency. Meanwhile, it will push the relevant enterprises to adopt RoHS directs and to let management mechanism perfectly. Some suggestions will be proposed to future researchers in this topic.
