摘要

一個使用性的評估和測試有助於找出新產品潛在的使用性問題和可能的解決方案，本研究以一個新式數位筆記本的感應器和數位筆作為評估對象。在本文中，我們實施一項實驗去找出感應器信號接收的最佳位置，並採用口語分析法萃取和確認數位筆記本的使用性問題。結果顯示感應器的位置影響感應正確率以及操作上使用性問題的發生次數。在比較紙張正上方和左方的位置後，可得知紙張的左上方為最佳放置位置，其擁有最高的感應正確率和較少的使用性問題提及次數。

A usability evaluation or test should be conduced for a new product to reveal potential usability problems and find possible solutions. A new digital notebook with a sensor and a pen was evaluated in this study. In this paper, we conducted an experiment to find out the effects of sensor positions on the correctness of signal receiving, and employed the protocol analysis method to elicit and identify usability problems of the digital notebook. Results showed that the sensor positions influenced the rate of correctness of signal receiving as well as the number of operational usability problems. Compared to the positions of on-the-top and on-the-left of the paper, the position of on-the-left-top of the paper was the best position with the highest correct signal receiving rate and the least number of operational problems.
