本設計之軟墊裁切機使用圓盤滾刀及承靠砧板達到裁切軟墊之效果;砧板為浮動並與下工作臺間設置彈簧,使滾刀與砧板保持接觸維持剪切力。本設計之傳動部分,輸入源為兩顆變速馬達,並採用時規皮帶與時規皮帶輪及齒輪組。本研究相較於複雜之超音波震動機構,省去了震盪元件使結構更加精簡,採用傳統式之機械作動,可收降低成本之效;研究中收集相關專利文獻並進行專利分類與分析,且根據現有機台之規格加以訂定限制條件,隨後利用軟體草繪功能完成機構型態建立及尺寸抓取,並藉由軟體建立3D模型,以確認模型無干涉,且利用CAE分析軟體確定各零件強度無安全之虞,本研究之相關成果已提出專利申請。
This research is about the new type of soft pad cutting machine that makes cutting disc and chopping block bear each other to achieve the cutting effect. The cutting disc maintains contact with chopping block, setting a spring between disc and block, ensures the shear forces exists. Transmission mechanism designed in this research includes: two speed-control motors, timing belt, timing pulleys and the gear mechanism. Compared with the ultrasonic-vibration cutting machine, the new cutting machine simplifies complicated mechanism applying traditional mechanical motion. The characteristic of this machine are more stable and lower-cost. This research collected all patents of cutting machine, and analyzed their merits and defects for design reference of the new machine. The new machine was designed according to the design requirements based on old machine. This research verifies the motion simulation, and check the interference of model by CAD software, and enforcing the structural stress analysis to ensure its strength conform with safety usage by CAE software. New patent was booked for the outcome of this research.
