油電混合車(Hybrid Electric Vehicle,簡稱HEV)是目前量產最成熟的低污染油耗的車型之一,由於HEV同時使用電力及引擎動力驅動車輛,電量變化可能會影響HEV耗能值重現性。本文針對HEV電量變化對耗能值量測變異影響進行研究分析,並評估耗能測試過程中,電量(SOC)、電能淨變量(ΔA-h)、充電能(Stored Electrical Energy Net Change)、燃料能(Total Fuel Energy)等對HEV耗能值影響。經由理論分析與實車測試驗證,發現(充電能/燃料能)比值可作為評估HEV耗能值差異是否合理的指標,若規範(充電能/燃料能)比值小於一個容許值( ),則耗能測試結果差異可有效掌控。
Nowadays, HEV (Hybrid Electric Vehicle) is one of the ripest products in low emission and low fuel consumption for vehicles. For the HEV make use of both conventional engine drive and electric power, thus the SEENC (stored electrical energy net change) becomes possible to affect the repeatable characteristic of FE (fuel economy) value. Consequently, this dissertation is focused on the study of the effect by measuring variation on FE value, and to evaluate the effect of SOC (State Of Charge),ΔA-h, SEENC, and TFE (total fuel energy) on FE value in the fuel consumption tests. Through theoretical analysis and test verification on board, it can be found that the ratio of SEENC to TFE is possible to be the index for judging whether the variation of FE value is reasonable or not. If the ratio is restrict within a tolerated value , and then the variation of fuel consumption test can be controlled effectively.
