智慧型自動借還系統之設計與分析

Design and Analysis of the Intelligent Self Check/Return System

摘要


本研究提供一種智慧型自動化書籍借還系統的設計過程,透過Solidworks軟體建立3D模型,並用Ansys workbench軟體進行結構分析,再透過各種計算選用市面販售的規格零件。 系統係由書架、雙軸定位系統、輸送帶、直線機構與電磁鐵組合之抓取裝置、PC-base系統、RFID射頻辨識系統、人機介面、以及電腦所組成。其中書架放置於側邊,中間為雙軸定位系統,雙軸定位系統之平台搭載抓取裝置。書籍放置於書盒中,書盒嵌入磁性物質,而書籍內附有RFID標籤,RFID資料全部儲存在電腦裡。使用者操作人機介面,電腦內部軟體控制書籍通過RFID讀取器,將書籍資料及存放位置記錄在電腦裡,另外電腦透過PC-Base系統控制雙軸定位系統和抓取裝置,並依電腦內部RFID讀取紀錄的資料,將書籍存放與借出。

This research provides one kind of intelligent self check/return sysyem taking advantage of also the systematic design process, establishes the 3D model by the Solidworks software, and carries on the structure analysis with Ansys workbench software, penetrates each kind of computation to select the market condition sales again the specification components. The system is by the bookshelf, the two axle positioning system, the conveyor belt, capture of installment straight line organization and electro-magnet combination, the PC-base system, the RFID system, the man-machine interface, as well as the computer is composed. And the bookshelf lays aside in the side, middle for two axle positioning system, platform of embarkation capture installment two axle positioning system. The books lay aside in the book box, book box inserting magnetic substance, but the books come to pay tribute have the RFID label, the RFID material stores up completely in the computer. The user operates the man-machine interface, the computer internal software control books through the RFID reader, and stores the position record the books material in the computer, moreover the computer by the PC-Base systems control two axle positioning system and the capture installment, and according to the computer interior RFID reader record's material, with loans books depositing.
