智慧型自動借還系統之設計與分析

本研究提供一種智慧型自動化書籍借還系統的設計過程，透過Solidworks軟體建立3D模型，並用Ansys workbench軟體進行結構分析，再透過各種計算選用市面販售的規格零件。系統係由書架、雙軸定位系統、輸送帶、直線機構與電磁鐵組合之抓取裝置、PC-base系統、RFID射頻辨識系統、人機介面、以及電腦所組成。其中書架放置於側邊，中間為雙軸定位系統，雙軸定位系統之平台搭載抓取裝置。書籍放置於書盒中，書盒嵌入磁性物質，而書籍內附有RFID標籤，RFID資料全部儲存在電腦裡。使用者操作人機介面，電腦內部軟體控制書籍通過RFID讀取器，將書籍資料及存放位置記錄在電腦裡，另外電腦透過PC-Base系統控制雙軸定位系統和抓取裝置，並依電腦內部RFID讀取紀錄的資料，將書籍存放與借出。
