本研究針對台7線山區道路93、94年災害搶修工程資料彙整檢討分析,歸納台7線山區道路常見災害成因並研提對策,除提供復建工程規劃設計之參考外,亦可作為未來台7線山區道路改善規劃設計之重要依據。根據案例分析,總計77%的災害點是在颱風來臨時發生,76%的搶修經費是花在颱風災害上,75%的災害點發生在上邊坡災害,而86%的搶修經費是花在下邊坡災害上,因此若能於平時養護加強下邊坡安全之補強,必能減少颱風來臨所造成的道路災害損失。此外,研究中並根據歷史災害紀錄,嘗試歸納台7線高維修路段。由於雨量與道路維護之密切程度,本研究採用廻歸分析,推導台7線山區道路維修經費與颱風事件雨量間之經驗關係。
This research aims at the integrated analysis of repair cases at No.7 provincial highway on mountain area in 2004 and 2005. The common damage causes are preliminarily generated through the analysis by the corresponding repair cases. The frequencies and costs of these repair cases are also provided to support the future plans about maintenances and emergency responses. The statistics indicated that 77% of repair cases are happened during the typhoons as well as 76% of budget. As for the damage patterns, there are 75% of repair cases in up slope side along the highway and 86% of budget in down slope sides. It is then recommended that regular checks and necessary reinforcement could focus on down slope side to reduce the possible damage of the highway. The sections with high maintenance costs of the No. 7 highway are evaluated by the repair statistics in addition. Due to close correlation between precipitation and damages the regression is used for developing empirical model in this study.
