高職學校設計群實施評鑑阻礙及其改進策略之研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解高職學校設計群教師知覺實施評鑑之阻礙程度及差異,並尋求改進策略。為達成研究目的,首先以文獻探討之方式,整理有關校務評鑑及阻礙的相關研究,建構本研究之正式問卷以瞭解高職學校設計群教師知覺實施評鑑之阻礙程度及差異,並搭配專家訪談以尋求改進策略。問卷調查針對高職學校設計群教師進行調查,共回收574份問卷,有效問卷回收率達89.90%,經描述性統計、t考驗及單因子變異數分析等方法加以統計、分析與討論。研究獲得下列結論: 一、高職學校設計群教師知覺自我評鑑實施阻礙程度高於「中等以上」程度。 二、高職學校設計群教師知覺訪視評鑑實施阻礙程度高於「中等以上」程度。 三、不同背景變項的高職學校設計群教師知覺自我評鑑實施阻礙有顯著差異。 四、不同背景變項的高職學校設計群教師知覺訪視評鑑實施阻礙有顯著差異。 五、高職學校設計群實施評鑑阻礙之改進策略有「辦理研習說明」、「建立系統檔案歸類之觀念」、「學校人員權責有效歸屬」、「增進訪視委員評鑑能力」。 根據文獻探討及研究結論,本研究針對教育主管機關及高職學校設計群提出建議。

This study was aimed to realize the barriers of evaluation for those teachers in design cluster in senior high schools and sought to improve strategies. Literature review was used to build up the questionnaire and experts were interviewed for gathering improved strategies. With a response rate of 89.90%, 574 eligible completions had been collected for data analysis via frequency distribution, one-sample t test, independent sample t test, and one-way analysis of variance. Based on the result of this survey, there were five conclusions: 1. The level of obstacles of self-evaluation that teachers’ perception is higher than medium level. 2. The level of obstacles of external-evaluation that teachers’ perception is higher than medium level. 3. There are significantly differences in self-evaluation stage between teachers with different backgrounds. 4. There are significantly differences in external-evaluation stage between teachers with different backgrounds. 5. There are four strategies for improving evaluation obstacles in cluster of design: First, holding a research instruction. Second, building up the concept of systematical file. Third, being fully delegation. And the last, improving evaluation ability of committeemen. According to the literature review and conclusions, there are several suggestions for authorities concerned and cluster of design of vocational high schools.
