當員工接受組織給予的教育訓練後,會感受到組織的關懷與重視,因而產生知覺組織支持的回報意識,亦會對訓練遷移動機產生影響。組織支持是影響自我效能因素之一,即員工感受到組織的支持,同樣會對自我效能產生影響。相關研究顯示自我效能會使學習過程產生變化,且自我效能與訓練遷移動機間存在著正向關係。以往探討組織支持知覺與訓練遷移動機的研究較少,且尚未有研究探討自我效能對組織支持知覺與訓練遷移動機之中介效果。基於上述,本研究主要探討組織支持知覺、自我效能與訓練遷移動機三者間的關係,以及自我效能對組織支持知覺與訓練遷移動機間的中介效果。 本研究採用問卷調查法,共計發放650份調查問卷,有效回收問卷172份,有效回收率為26.4%。本研究獲致下列結論: 一、組織支持知覺對自我效能有正向影響。 二、自我效能對訓練遷移動機有正向影響。 三、組織支持知覺對訓練遷移動機有正向影響。 四、自我效能對組織支持知覺與訓練遷移動機之關係具部份中介效果。
When employees accept the training from the organization, they will feel concerned and respect. Therefore, they will have the consciousness of perceivedorganizational support and have the effect of motivation to transfer. One of the effectfactors of self-efficacy is organization support. That is, when the employees get thesupport from organization and then have the effect of self-efficacy. Related research shows self-efficacy changes the process of the learning, and there issignificantly positive relationship between self-efficacy and motivation to transfer.There are few researchs about perceived organizational support andmotivation to transfer and there is no research about the mediating. The research is discussing the relationship among perceived organizational support, self-efficacy andmotivation to transfer. The research use questionnaire survey, and investigated the people who attended PMP/CAPM curriculum and accepted Industrial Manpower Investment Plan fromAugust 2009 to May 2010. There were 172 valid questionnaires returned from 650(response rate 26.4%). The conclusion is: 1.There is significantly positive relationship between perceived organizational support and self-efficacy. 2.There is significantly positive relationship between self-efficacy and motivation to transfer. 3.There is significantly positive relationship between perceived organizational Support and Motivation to Transfer. 4.That self-efficacy has a mediating effect on the relationship between perceived organizational support and motivation to transfer.
